We use : wheat floor (all purpose flour)
- Udon soup from Dashi broth - We use : dried kelp , dried three kind of fishes, dried shiitake mushrooms.
- DASHIMAKI Tamago(Japanese rolled omelette ) - We use: Dashi broth, egg

You can also taste beer, Kyoto-only craft beer, and liquor during a lesson.
Participants can spend the time between the meeting time and the start of the lesson in the comfort of the lounge. The lounge offers complimentary Japanese snacks, coffee and tea. Please note that Japanese snacks are changed from time to time depending on the season.
