An amazing culinary experience - Hana was absolutely wonderful during this traditional Japanese cooking class. Thanks to her, we not only learned how to make iconic dishes like sushi and takoyaki, but also discovered a great deal about Japanese culinary culture—the fundamental flavors, typical ingredients, and their importance in the cuisine of Japon. With patience and clarity, Hana guided us through each step of the preparation process, all in a warm, kind, and relaxed atmosphere. Thanks to her the experience was both enriching and enjoyable. She also took plenty of photos throughout the class, allowing us to keep beautiful memories of this unique and friendly moment. A big thank you to her for such a fantastic culinary experience!

Authentic, tasty, insightful and great value!!! - We did both the cooking class and walking tour. Hanna was our cooking class host and she was fantastic! The presentation was thoroughly enjoyable and well put together. The food was plentiful and delicious (we couldn’t eat it all so had take away too!). She answered all of mine and my 14yr old daughter’s questions. The environment was clean and authentic and intimate. Following was the waking tour with her brother Ikky who was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of our questions. He took lots of photos for us too. The walking tour was insightful and crammed full of key tourist spots and lots of additional local knowledge and tips. Ikky chatted to my daughter about our dog too, he was such a thoughtful and cheerful young man. Having done a few small tours I absolutely highly recommend this tour with Hanna and Ikky at their family business. Wonderful people and excellent service. Amazing value for money too. I only wish they had more tours on offer so we could book more!!! Thank you both for a lovely day. Pleas come visit us in Melbourne Australia

Unforgettable cooking class! - My girlfriend and I had an amazing time at the cooking class with Hana-san! She started by presenting informative materials on Japanese food history and culture, which she displayed on the TV. It was such a great introduction that gave us a deeper appreciation for Japanese cuisine. After that, Hana-san carefully guided us through the cooking process, making sure we understand each step. The best part was the sake! It was incredibly delicious and paired perfectly with the sushi we made! It was such a fun and fulfilling experience, and we feel like we learned so much about Japanese food culture! :)
