You can enjoy photo shooting in the traditional park. - Chion-in Temple - The Sanmon Gate, Chionin’s main entrance gate, is24 meters tall and 50 meters wide, it is the largest wooden temple gate in Japan. You can enjoy watching this magnificent gate, and also learn history. We have photo shoot near this gate, and you can get beautiful and historical pictures.
- Ishibe Alley - This is the hidden alley surrounded by traditional architecture. You can feel authentic vibes of Kyoto.
- Nene-no-Michi - We will guide you to Nene Road, which wonderful flagstone walkway. In autumn season, you can see many red leaves here. kodaiji is very close, and many people walk this street. you can enjoy the atmosphere. We will take photos in this street.
- Yasakanoto - Yasakanoto Pagoda, is one of the Kyoto’s most visible and recognizable landmarks. It’s also called “5 storied pagoda”, and you can see amazing temple here. We take pictures with this Pagoda, and the pictures will be authentic. Also we will explain the history about Pagoda.

Great time in Kyoto - Takuma was an amazing photographer! He led us to multiple beautiful locations and we had a fantastic time! Photographs came out beautifully and we really appreciate the time and effort he put into our portraits!

If you love photography, this tour is a dream come true! - If you love photography, this tour is a dream come true! Soma took us to the most photogenic spots in Kyoto, including the bamboo forests of Arashiyama and the iconic Torii gates of Fushimi Inari. Soma gave great tips for capturing the perfect shot, and we left with amazing photos that really captured the beauty of Kyoto. Highly recommend for photo enthusiasts!

Perfect experience! - We had a great time with our Photographer Takuma. We went to all scenic spots in the area and he took great pictures of us on the way.
Takuma is a very kind and funny person so that we never felt uncomfortable. Especially because we have never done a photo shoot before.

Wonderful photo shooting in Kyoto - Kyoto is a fantastic place and the spots chosen by the photographer were great. Yuta was very friendly and also professional, we would totally recommend this experience. We can't wait to see the pintures!

Our photographer, Mina,... - Our photographer, Mina, took us to several great spots in Kyoto for our portrait tour. Mina also edited our pictures after and was professional and responsive even after our tour was completed. Thank you Mina!

Guide and photos - Great portrait tour. Our photographer was so nice and patient because we were late for the appointment. He brought us to different areas for the picture taking. He also gave us some love to eat in the area. We all can’t wait to see our pictures.

Yuta was very... - Yuta was very accomodating and gave me tips on how to pose. He would wait for people to leave so he can take photos. He also shared what other places I should do to in Kyoto.

Go for it!! - Great photos. The tour was very informative also and fun. Sumo is great with communication and didn’t rush us through photos. We are very happy we hired him. I have already referred him to so many people

Great initial experience, followed by poor customer service after payment - I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently experienced at your establishment. While I was initially impressed by the friendly demeanor of your staff prior to payment, my experience quickly deteriorated after payment was completed.
Upon returning to the rental location, I encountered several issues that I believe need to be addressed:
Rude and Condescending Behavior: The attitude of your staff shifted drastically post-payment. Their treatment was dismissive and condescending, making the entire process unpleasant.
Disrespect During Rental Return: When I returned to hand back the kimono, your staff handled the process in a rushed and impersonal manner. It felt as though they were stripping away the garment with unnecessary haste, which was uncomfortable and disrespectful.
Failure to Return Personal Items: To add to the frustration, my personal items were not promptly returned. When I inquired about them, the staff responded rudely, showing a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer care.
I believe that customer service should extend beyond the point of payment and that every customer deserves to be treated with respect throughout their entire experience. The behavior I encountered was unacceptable and left me feeling undervalued and mistreated.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work to improve the quality of service and customer care at your establishment. I would appreciate a response acknowledging my concerns and detailing any steps you plan to take to address these issues.

This company preys on innocent tourists - I was disappointed with my experience with this company. The advertising and promises made were misleading, and the actual service did not meet expectations. It seems that tourists may be taken advantage of due to unclear or deceptive information. I hope the company will consider being more honest and transparent in their future dealings.
