Best guide ever!!! - Kosuke was the most amazing guide! Friendly, professional and so knowledgeable about Japan and all of the places we visited. What we didn’t realise was that we were getting such an amazing photographer as well. He took so many wonderful photos of our family. He really was the perfect guide and I highly recommend booking him for your visit to Kyoto.

Fun Day with Kosuke - We had an amazing day with Kosuke as our guide! He was incredibly prompt and communicated with us throughout the day, ensuring everything went smoothly. Kosuke had fantastic recommendations and was very flexible, adjusting our itinerary to fit exactly what we wanted to do. I accidentally left my goshuin book in the car at one stop, and he immediately ran back to retrieve it, saving the day! His deep historical knowledge of each site we visited made the experience even more enriching, and he was a lot of fun to spend the day with. Highly recommend Kosuke – we'll definitely be booking him again on our next trip!

Such a good guide - Our guide Ko was really fantastic. He was on time, his vehicle was clean and comfortable for our group of 9 and he was flexible in adjusting the tour to our preferences. Additionally, we struggled to come up with a question that Ko could not answer with confidence and detail. Overall, the experience was great, Ko is an excellent guide and our whole group loved our day with him.

Amazing Experience with Kosuke - Kosuke was an awesome driver and guide! He picked us up in his huge van (there were just 5 of us) at our hotel a little early. He took us to all the best tourist sites and also made a special stop at the Snoopy Chocolate shop for my daughter. His English was perfect and he explained all the history and traditions so We could learn. He took us to an awesome lunch at a family owned restaurant. He also made us a reservation at an amazing yakiniku restaurant we wouldn’t have been able to get into without his help. Highly recommend using Kosuke when visiting Kyoto.

Comfort and Convenience of KSK Tour! - I could not recommend Ko and his tour enough! He was very knowledgable about every location we went to, sociable and friendly, and super accommodating to our big family group. He even tailored the tour towards what our group wanted to see the most in Kyoto! If you're in Kyoto and want to experience the city like a local, there's no better place to go than with KSK-Tour!

Great tour with two families with kids - Ko showed our two families a great time. As we started the tour, we changed plans a few times due to our families' interests, and Ko accommodated us very expertly. We traveled with him for two days, and we learned a lot!

Best Tour - We spent the day with Kosuke today and I am paying it forward. Kosuke was an amazing guide! We had one of our best days in Japan going to various places in Kyoto. Our tour was completely customizable and fluid. He took us to a zen garden not visited by tourists and we were the only ones there. It was so peaceful and beautiful. I mentioned to him how much I like seeing all hydrangeas and he made a quick stop at a garden full of them that is typically only visited by tourists. It was a highlight for sure! He has his own van and speaks English well. He took so many family photos of us. He knew exactly where to go, where we should stand, etc. He was full of interesting facts and knew a lot of history. My husband and I both agreed that we would recommend him to anyone coming to Kyoto.

Wonderful, comfortable, insightful and all-round great day with Kosuke San - Kosuke San is the best! He reached out on WhatsApp a few weeks before to confirm our booking and was flexible to our timings. He arrived in a very clean, comfortable vehicle with plenty of space for my family group of 6. His driving was safe, efficient, and we all slept between stops! He took us to temples, shrines (we didn't have a hitlist except for a few places) and told us the history and interesting facts there. When we went to Fushimi Inari, despite the slight crowd, he took photos for us which made it seem like we were the only ones there! We had many lovely photos thanks to Kosuke San that day. At the Nara Deer Park, he taught us how to feed the deers (they aren't shy!) and protected us when they became a little too greedy. He took us to a great lunch spot too. He was great with timing, told us how long we had at each place, and my parents kept mentioning how comfortable this method of exploring was :) All in all, thanks Kosuke San for such a wonderful day. We will definitely recommend you to anyone who asks! Arigato gozaimasu!

Truly outstanding tour of Kyoto with Ko! - Our group of 7 was lucky to have the most awe inspiring tour of magical Kyoto guided by Ko. Kosuke communicated promptly and clearly during the booking process. Make sure you book well in advance as his tours fill up quickly. We would have gladly booked him for two days but he only had one available. What a wonderful time we all had! Ko safely and expertly drove us in his comfortable spacious Toyota van through many streets and back roads in Kyoto. As a native, he knows every back street, short cut, and traffic pattern. He knew just the amount of time to stay at every stop so we could cover all the beautiful sites we wanted to visit. We started the tour at the most peaceful Zen temple with a wonderful garden which was not on our list but was amongst our favorite. We were then able to visit Fushimi Inari, Kinkaku-Ji, Otagi Nenbutsu-ji, Arashiyama monkey park and bamboo forest, the breathtaking Sanjusangendo temple and a small local temple with beautiful cherry blossoms. Ko was kind enough to stay with my 81 y old mother while we hiked up the mountain to see the monkeys. Well worth the trek! When we returned, she was happily drinking some apple juice he had gotten her. For lunch, he suggested a delicious family run restaurant which we all enjoyed very much. He even booked for us a fun traditional shabu shabu restaurant in scenic Pontocho for later that evening. Thank you Ko for the most unforgettable tour of Kyoto! We all hope to return one day and will not hesitate to book another tour with you.

Best day in Kyoto. - We enjoyed an excellent day with Kosuke as our personal tour guide. Kosuke communicated with me from the moment we made the initial enquiry via many emails. He gave lots of recommendations and was very accomodating to our needs. We only had one night in Kyoto and wanted to make the most of the time we had there to see as much as we could. I felt it was excellent value for money for the 5 of us. Kosuke was flexible with his pick up and drop off times and came exactly as planned, picking us up from our accomodation in the morning, taking our luggage for the day in his van while we sight saw, and dropping us at the end of the day at the Station. Not only did he take us to all the places we wanted to visit but he also explained so many details of the Japanese culture and customs that we never would have learnt about had it not been for Koh! With Koh we visited Kinkakuji temple (golden pavilion) - Bamboo forest - Monkey park - Nishiki market - Starbucks - Fushimi inari shrine. At each place Koh gave us a personal explanation for all the traditions and special places to shop and foods to eat! He even made sure my 14 year old daughter got to visit the special Starbucks with the tatami mats. He is also an excellent photographer and took many special photos of my family, ensuring we got great "profile pictures" for our social media. I could not recommend him enough. He was super friendly and we had a fantastic day! It also saved our legs from so much walking as Kyoto is much more spread out and bigger than we thought and we were worn out from our previous days of travelling around Osaka. Thanks Kosuke!
