• Ramen Factory Kyoto - A guidebook is available on every table, allowing you to easily follow the instructions and create delicious ramen. Instructors are also on hand if you require assistance. Participants will engage in every step, from making the noodles, draining them, mixing them with the soup, to roasting the chicken. This is a comprehensive class. As a special gift, you can choose one item: a “T-shirt,” “Ramen bowl,” or “Japanese Apron”!

Noodle Making
• Knead the flour
• Roll out the dough
• Cut the dough
• Boil the noodles
• Drain the water from the noodles

Chicken Garnish
• Tie the chicken meat with a string
• Add condiments and cook
• Slice the chicken to your desired length
• Tofu is available as a substitute for chicken for vegetarian and vegan options. Please inform us in advance.

Soup
• A variety of broths are available for blending
• Choose from different kinds of sauces

Finishing
• Add the boiled noodles to the soup
• Top with garnishes, and your dish is complete!
