- 955-1 Idachō - The tea ceremony is a spiritual journey. All of our tea masters have a Tea Name (equivalent to a full professor qualification). At the start of the experience, the host will guide you into the tea room to appreciate the hanging scrolls and flower arrangements. Before conducting an authentic tea ceremony, the host will explain the steps involved, the utensils used, and the significance of the room’s decoration and layout. Guests will enjoy a seasonal sweet with their matcha while observing the tea-serving process. The experience concludes with each guest having the chance to prepare their own bowl of matcha, learning the basics of tea making. You can savor two bowls of matcha and two types of sweets during our tea ceremony. We prioritize our guests’ experience and emotions, striving to create cherished memories.
