Kyoto One Day Tour

Kinkakuji Temple - This renowned Zen temple, built by the shogun, is a symbol of Samurai culture. The hall, adorned with gold leaf, is breathtaking, and its reflection on the pond perfectly complements the surroundings. Designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site, this temple is a must-see when visiting Kyoto.

Bamboo Forest Street - Stroll through the famous bamboo forest. Pause and close your eyes to hear the soothing sounds of bamboo trunks and leaves brushing against each other. This serene experience will gently heal your heart. Enjoy the tranquil landscape once cherished by nobles.

Nijo Castle - In 1603, the shogun moved his shogunate to Edo, now Tokyo. Nijo Castle was constructed as the shogun’s residence during his visits to Kyoto. Inside, over 1,000 exquisite paintings on sliding doors showcase the shogun’s powerful authority. It was here that the last shogun declared the return of power to the Emperor in 1867, ending 260 years of his family’s rule.

Gion - Kyoto boasts five Kagai (geisha districts), with Gion being the largest. Geisha play a vital role in traditional Japanese culture. Wander through the Gion district, where beautiful, old-style houses are preserved. If fortunate, you may encounter a Geiko or a Maiko (apprentice) dressed in stunning kimono.

Fushimi Inari & Nara One Day Tour

Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine - The awe-inspiring tunnel of thousands of vermilion torii gates is world-famous and incredibly picturesque. These torii gates were donated by worshippers in gratitude for the good fortune they received from the enshrined deity. Why not offer a prayer and transform your life?

Todai-ji Temple - The Buddha Hall is celebrated as one of the largest wooden buildings in the world. Upon entering the corridor, you will be amazed by the hall’s grandeur. After purifying your hands and mouth at a cleansing trough, face the Great Buddha, who gazes upon you with mercy.

Kasuga Grand Shrine - This historic shrine, built around 1,300 years ago, has about 1,000 branch shrines across Japan. With over 3,000 lanterns, it boasts the largest collection in the country. The contrast of the vermilion and green buildings, and the bronze and gold hanging lanterns, harmonizes beautifully with the blue sky. Seek the deity’s blessing for a safe journey and life.
