Excellent Shibori experience - We had an excellent time at the museum and workshop experience. The staff were all very nice and friendly. Especially, Mr Hiro, he is very patient and explained to us the different techniques. Wonderful service. Very creative too and sustainable.

A great time! - This was a really fun unique experience! They were able to accommodate a last minute booking. It’s great for beginners with no experience. The scarf dyeing portion is pretty quick and lasts about 20 minutes. I would love it if they offered more advanced workshops for people with higher skill sets, I would happily pay more for a workshop that included more handwork like thread wrapping. But overall I had a great time and loved seeing the beautiful handiwork of the artisans on display.

Shibori Scarf dying class and Museum - The owners of the Shibori Museum were excellent. They walked us through the process of making a dyed scarf and answered all questions. The display in the museum was beautiful. Our whole group completely enjoyed this event.

Great scarf and memories to take away - This was a great experience - very well priced for an experience in general and especially for this. My mother & son both had a great time making their scarves. I especially liked that they made a certificate for my son once he finished his scarf! They put a lot of effort into making sure the experience is something you won't forget.

Worthwhile cultural and artistic experience - What a great experience! I went solo, and I enjoyed the personalized attention. Instead of making just one scarf, I made three. The exhibition on the second floor is stunning and worth visiting. This was a perfect and relaxing way for me to start my last full day visiting Japan.
