Bishkek - Burana Tower - Song Kul Lake

Burana Tower - The journey begins early in the morning from Bishkek, heading towards Song Kul Lake. En route, there will be a visit to the historic Burana Tower and its open-air historical and archaeological museum.

Orto-Tokoy Water Reservoir - A picturesque stop at the beautiful Orto-Tokoy reservoir. After a long drive, it’s the perfect place to stretch and enjoy the breathtaking views.

Kalmak-Ashuu - The route to Son-Kul will take the most popular and accessible pass, Kalmak-Ashuu, located on the northeastern side of the lake. A stop here allows for fresh mountain air and stunning alpine scenery.

Song-Kul - Arrival at the lake is expected by evening. Before dinner, there is time for a walk along the lakeshore to admire the meadows filled with edelweiss and other wildflowers. Horseback riding is available for those interested. After 10 PM, the lights are turned off, offering a clear view of the starry sky and the Milky Way at an altitude of 3016 meters above sea level.

Free Time and Departure to Bishkek

Song-Kul - After breakfast at the yurt camp, there is free time to explore the beautiful surroundings of Song Kul Lake. Options include a leisurely walk around the lake, horse riding, or an easy hike. Relaxing and enjoying the stunning natural scenery is also encouraged. Departure from Song Kul Lake is at 14:30, heading back to Bishkek.
