Beautiful experience - Beautiful experience to see with your own eyes. The dinner included was quick, but nice. Local food and was delicious. Due to time schedule is understandable.
After the dinner we went up the Teide and had a beautiful view of the sunset and made lovely pictures. The company made profesional picture at the sunset and on further up the mountain underneath the stars. The pictures are not included but are worth the pay, because it is a beautiful moment set on camera to take home.
We learned a few things about the stars we could see clearly in the dark environment. We saw Saturn and a few clusters of stars through the telescope. If you are interested in the stars and galaxy, this experience is a must. And plus points to our tour guide Ozzie, he explained everything very interesting and with a good laugh. He adjusted the telescope after commenting the cluster of stars was in the corner and he centered it so we could see it better.
It was hard to make pictures with your phone but after a few tweaks in the settings it was possible to capture the stars.

Brilliant experience - We had a brilliant time on this excursion. The trip took around 7 hours but we were second to be picked up. Bonus of that is we were then second to be dropped off.
Ozzy was really good. Explained everything along the way. The food at the restaurant was ok. We had soup for starters, chicken potatoes and salad for mains and then a cake for pudding. Plenty of drinks including pop, water and wine. The sunset was absolutely beautiful and we had plenty of time to enjoy this. We then moved onto stargazing. This for me was amazing! Everything was explained brilliantly. We had 2 photos which costs us €25. I would definitely recommend doing this trip!
Thanks guys!!

The best stargazing experience in Tenerife! - we booked this last minute after wanting to drive up ourselves and being unable to - this ended up being the happiest accident ever!
the coach picked us up near our hotel and the tour guide, Ozzi, was so funny and informative the whole way. He had many jokes to hand and kept spirits high the whole time with his quick wit (and impressive bank of languages!) that kept everyone laughing on our journey up Teide. We stopped part way up to have dinner, and despite it being very misty and cold, the food was amazing and the company was excellent.
We thought we would miss the sunset due to the mist, but we managed to catch it setting from above the clouds at a gorgeous vantage point near where we would get to see the stargazing.
The stargazing itself was incredible. Not only did they set up 4 telescopes, Ozzi talked us through everything we were seeing, pointing out satellites, stars, constellations, and even shooting stars when they appeared briefly! he taught us how to take pictures of the stars with our own phones to have the best shots possible, and took pictures of the moon through the telescope for our memories. The caterer was also here for this part, providing beer, snacks, and the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had. (A point as well; when we went the caterer had forgotten a card reader, so always have cash on hand just in case as it’s so easy to forget cash in favour of card!)
All the people who were involved with the company were incredible, from the tour guide Ozzi, to the driver, the caterer who spent time showing me stars and satellites, pictures of planets he’d taken through the telescope before, and who was great company despite neither of us speaking each others language.
This is a must see if you love the stars. You’ll never have another trip like it, in an area where there are no planes flying overhead, in one of the most scenic places I’ve ever seen. Thanks again to the Tenerife Stars team, you were all amazing!

The best thing we have done in Tenerife - Amazing Excursion-MUST DO
Firstly the meal. What an amazing way to get families all talking and building friendships sitting together in a very beautiful setting. The food was nice and traditional, friendly staff and very fast service to say how many people were there.
The coach - picking people up at their individual hotels - was also an amazing thing to do. You can get nervous booking an excursion on the street, but the communication from your company was fantastic. The coach trip was beautiful in itself, and the regular stops really broke the journey up.
The stargazing was the best thing I have ever done. Its hard to please teenagers, but now they want to do it more when we get back to the UK. You have invested in the equipment and what amazing views. We learned so much. In a world where we're we look down at our phones constantly, you have made my kids look up and see how beautiful the world around us is.
Finally, Aussie the host. This man is special and an amazing asset to your company, he is funny, informative and very very knowledgeable, he looked after the whole group none stop, he Controlled the crowd perfectly and actually made this stunning trip even better.
We felt sorry for the other group missing out on his performance lol.
From the bottom of our heart thank you for making us have an unforgettable trip and we look forward to seeing the pictures.
We try to come to Tenerife every 6 months and we will be back to enjoy another evening with yourselfs.
Thank you again

Thanks for this experience - It is incomparable to observe the stars from an environment without light pollution with a guide who knows a lot about both the sky and making the experience enjoyable. See from the telescopes Saturn, nebulae, a binary system, a 10. See with the naked eye the Milky Way, shooting stars, the Starlink that we happened to happen at that time and the explanation of the main constellations by the guide with some very precise laser pointers, an 11 out of 10 worth the redundancy. It exceeded our expectations. The sunset over the sea watching the color change over Mount Teide on the other side. Days later it is still one of the best memories of our vacation.

Fabulous evening - Fabulous experience watching the sunset in the Tiede National Park. The views were incredible and it feels like you’re quite literally on top of the world.
Ozzi the guide was extremely clued up on both the island and astrology so we learned a lot from him during the trip.
The places we stopped for photos were incredible and we had the opportunity to star gaze. Unfortunately, it was a cloudy night so we didn’t see many stars which was a shame but we completely appreciate the change in weather is not in the hands of the company!

Starry night - Early dinner to admire the sunset from a vantage point. Explanation of the stars and observation of the sky even with telescopes; maybe a bit too long and you could add some Recommendation on how to take photos of the sky at night.
Alternative hike for which it is absolutely worth it!

The disappointment 😞 - Nothing to do with what they promised us. They sold us a stop at 2 viewpoints, dinner and a glass of cava. We stopped for a moment at a viewpoint, food at 4 in the afternoon and no cava. The guide is very good but the stars are very small, it is not worth being cold and not seeing Mount Teide. I recommend Teide by day through the Las Cañadas National Park and looking at the sky from anywhere on the island. For me it was a bit of a deception, really.

Falsely advertised - Was stupidly disappointed with this excursion!! We were sold tickets on the guarantee from ticket seller that the day they put forward would have no clouds as they used a specialist app that is completely accurate and we would always be higher even if they were. This was false information and I spent €140 euros to sleep on a cold wall whilst we waited for something to happen. We were picked up by a tiny overflow bus as if they over booked that had rows of three seats and separated me from my partner for the entire journey part! When we arrived for food we were seated in long tables of 12 like something from the last supper and forced to be crammed in with random people we did not know. For someone who is majorly anxious and mildly autistic this and the bus ruined my mood for the evening and had me way out of my comfort zone. We had one bottle of water on the table that was finished by other customers and the only thing I would drink (I stay away from alcohol and fizzy pop!) and when I asked for a glass I was told to go and buy some from the bar. Like everyone around me weren't overflowing with free drinks. The pictures of the sky provided were NOT what we saw and I believe they give a false pretence as to what you will actually get for your money. Essentially we paid €70 per person to look at the moon and a couple of starts through a telescope as the meal was so bad we didn't eat it!

Shocking - Went on the sunset/stargazing tour with Tenerife Stars. We didn't realise that due to a meteor shower event the night we booked, the national park had many restrictions. We were texted and told that this would mean we would not be going to a restaurant but would be provided with catering. We thought this would be okay.
We left our hotel at 4.30pm. We stopped at a restaurant to pick up the food (didn't get off coach) and went to our first stop off point, arriving around 7. We were stopped at a road lay by, sat in the sun and told to take photos. We were offered chicken, rice and bread on a paper plate and basically told to eat it stood up or sat on the hot floor. My friend and I did not take the food as we were concerned about how it was stored in just a cold box on a hot bus. We were given sprite or water and a banana as dessert. Considering we were told when purchasing tickets that we were getting a '3 course meal' in a restaurant, this was very disappointing. We stayed here for over an hour without any access to a toilet. Over 3/4 hours without a toilet. Most of us were bored, hot and dehydrated. The views were amazing, but over an hour in one lay-by was not necessary.
We then went to a second destination which was a hotel car park. We were finally able to use the toilet. The hotel charged me 2 euros to use the toilet as one of the first people, but stopped asking anyone else later on. We were initially told we were staying for 45 minutes? But this changed when ozzy said we would not be moving as the sunset watching location was closed. Again, a lovely experience to watch, but 2 hours in one location was too much, and we just weren't prepared well enough for it. We should have had more information. Air quality is poor and we should have been made aware of this as my chest was very tight and due to a health condition, I did not feel very well.
We finally went to the stargazing experience at 9:10. This lasted until midnight. This was the only good part of the tour. Ozzy shared great information and we saw constellations, planets, shooting stars etc - with telescopes. We had bought lots of layers as we were told it would be freezing up Mount Teide. This was definitely not the case and we carried this for no reason.
Unfortunately, my friend came down extremely sick during the tour with extreme sickness and diarrhea. When I expressed that we needed to leave early, ozzy was unsympathetic and was very rude to my friend - telling her to use a bush. (In the pitch black, on a cliff edge). I understand that the lack of toilets was not his fault, but the government's. My issue is with his lack of compassion and rudeness 'you want me to stop the tour just so you can use the toilet'. He had several tour drivers who could have taken us back and they took our place on the coach. After begging to be dropped to our hotel first, ozzy said he would try. He made absolutely no effort to do this and my friend felt degraded having to stop the bus and go to the toilet behind yet another bush by a cliff edge. More information needed to be given prior to this excursion, and the lack of sympathy for someone Ill and in pain was disgusting. A person was nearly left at the final destination point when the bus started leaving without checking everyone was on board, there seemed to be no health and safety precautions in place at all. Dangerous and unfriendly. Would never book with tenerife stars again.
