- GRAZIE MILLE WINES - Upon arrival, we will do a quick tour of our winery. You will taste a few local olive oils and olives, as well as our prestigious wines, while absorbing the view of our winery, with the Andes Mountains in the backdrop. We will then start the cooking class and get our hands busy making some Argentinian favorites: grilled…
- GRAZIE MILLE WINES - Upon arrival, we will do a quick tour of our winery. You will taste a few local olive oils and olives, as well as our prestigious wines, while absorbing the view of our winery, with the Andes Mountains in the backdrop. We will then start the cooking class and get our hands busy making some Argentinian favorites: grilled provoleta, chimichurri sauce from scratch, and the iconic empanada with two different fillings (beef and veggie). After baking these in a wood oven, we’ll start making chorizo (steak) a la pomarola with steak fries and criolla sauce, a local favorite sauce. After lunch, we’ll have a sequence of cheeses served with dulce leche. All paired to bottomless Malbec and Cabernet red wine, Fernet with Coca-Cola.
