Snow fire and meat - In the shadow of the snow capped Andes sheltered from the sun by the vines at the Grazie Mille winery you can smell the wood fire smoke. Something is cooking but before we do that, Flor is about to show us how to prepare a perfect Argentinian Asado We make some salads, the salsa and then we will get to grill. We drink a little wine, have a little talk, and suddenly we are the best of friends. And we have learned the magic of cooking on the embers. A little more wine,a little more talk and then we eat. All too soon. It is over. One of the best hands on experiences of my lifetime. Thankyou Flor you are a wonderful host, a great teacher and best of all you cook so well.

Gastronomic Experience in Mendoza - This Grazie Mille cooking class was a fantastic blend of food and learning. We made empanadas, chimichurri and more while drinking the best Mendoza wines. The Malbec combined with the delicious asado we cooked, and the Torrontés was light and refreshing with dessert. The whole event was the paradise of food and wine!

Grazie Mille's culinary class is wonderful! - In the picturesque Valle de Uco. Our instructor Flor was great at teaching technique and explaining each dish's culture. The deep Malbec and crisp Chardonnay enhanced the experience.

Incredible Experince in Mendoza’s Wine Country! - Had the best time at this cooking class, no joke! The view at Grazi Mille Winery is just WOW, you gotta see it to believe it. We got to cook up some classic Argentinian dishes like empanadas and assado, and let me tell you, the wine was flowing the whole time. Our instructor was super chill, made it funn and easy, even for someone like me who doesn’t cook much. And the food? Delicious, especially with those wines straight from the vineyard. It felt like a real Argentinian vibe, not just some touristy thing. Seriously, if you’re in Mendoza, you gotta do this. Trust me, you won’t regret it!"""
