Great tour, great guide. Wonderful samplings of tortillas and herbs and nopal. - Amazing tour where you see small villages around Huatulco though the highlight is visiting a medicinal garden...which is WAY cooler than it sounds. A guide took us around this private garden explaining the different plants, some of which we smelled, others we sampled, including a unique fruit related to pineapples unlike anything I've tasted before. We also had freshly made tortillas with beans and salsa thar include herbs from the garden. We also visited a Nopal farm and had fresh dishes made from nopal. Our guide Fermin was amazingly knowledgeable about the plants of the area and was a great source of information. We ended the tour at a small Mexican beach town with awesome snorkeling. This tour is highly recommended.
