Great Taco Tour! - Our Tip Top Taco tour with Next Stop Huatulco was the perfect way to start our stay in Huatulco. The tour delivers on it's promises in it's description of the tour on their website Starting at the local market with fish and seafood tacos and not a tourist in sight we felt we were going local. We had no idea that Mexican people eat daily and well at the local market. We are letting you in on what is not meant to be a secret. We sampled a wide variety of tacos. many new to our palettes. Maryrose (is a fun and entertaining guide) made sure we tasted a delicious assortment of tacos. Our last stop was unbelievable, we just wanted to keep eating. The chef was available and he taught us how much time, types of foods and love goes into each kind of taco. Of course, our chef learned to cook by his grandmother's side. Maryrose had trivia questions at each stop on the tour. We went to bed contented and happy with our new knowledge of Oaxaca. Our vacation is off to a flying start compliments to Maryrose
