• La Fornace - La Fornace is one of the smallest wineries in Montalcino; a mother, father and son are in charge of the production (Rosso, Brunello…)! You will have a chance to visit their cellars and witness the production of the Blazon Wine. Here you will get a glimpse of what happens when quality takes over quantity!
• Castello Tricerchi - Castello Tricerchi extends over 400 hectares on the northern slopes of Montalcino. 13 hectares are dedicated to the cultivation of Sangiovese Grosso, the vines which produce Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino . The Castle of the Tricerchi family, completed in 1441, dominates the property and is now the home and headquarters of the Tricerchis’ direct ancestors, the Squarcia family.
• Winery Solaria Patrizia Cencioni - Solaria is an all-female, family-run company which produces only around 40 thousand bottles a year! Located northeast of Montalcino, it is influenced by its own micro climate. You will visit the cellars and the production of their wine and as well as their extra virgin olive oil.
• Enoteca la Fortezza di Montalcino - Enoteca La Fortezza is a symbolic point of reference for quality wine lovers and for those who want to know more about the fascinating world of Montalcino and its Brunello! Housed precisely within the ancient fortress of Montalcino, it is a center for culture and offers a wonderful view of Val d’Orcia.
