Best guides! - Best guides! We did the hanging bridges, waterfall hike, lunch and volcano hike - our guides were very friendly and informative! Lunch was really good (typical Costa Rican meal) and snacks such as bananas, cookies and water were provided! Total day was around 12 hours and was very worth it!

Great Combo! - We booked a combination that included La Fortuna waterfall, Mistico Park Hanging Bridges and the Tabacon Hot Springs. It was a longgg day but excellent. Our guide Billy and driver Coco were top notch. We had Rainy weather most of the day but it was not a problem for us, as it was off and on. Billy is very knowledgeable about the wildlife, forest and overall area and taught us a lot. Coco was very savvy and funny. Both have the ability to pick out Toucans in trees and their songs even while driving! At times, because of the weather, we had time to kill between tours and they took us into the town and we were able to sight see there for a while, which was nice. We really enjoyed our time with Billy and Coco, especially during the farm lunch. Also, side note, when our airport transfer company screwed up at 6:30am.. they called Aventuras Arenal and THEY picked us up and brought us to the airport! Our driver Jonathan was very kind and sympathetic to our situation. Another huge thumbs up here!

Superd beauty and culture!!! - First of all, I cannot imagine having a better tour guide than Carlos. His knowledge and patience pointing out all important details was amazing! We saw numerous species on our Hanging Bridges tour within Mistico Park - howler monkeys, snakes, frogs, Coati, beautiful birds, bats and reptiles. After that the La Fortuna waterfall was beautiful- but the hike back up the stairs is tiring! The tour ended with a great surprise when Carlos took us to a family farm restaurant that only a few tours have access to. The lunch was a dive into Costa Rican culture and was absolutely delicious!! Our driver Junior drives a little fast, but he got us everywhere safe and sound. Amazing day and would recommend this to everyone!!

Great guides and awesome sights but my advice is do not do this combo tour - The guides were wonderful and it was a great experience. The description was misleading as it said lunch and dinner included but only lunch was included. If I did it again I would absolutely do a tour to the hanging gardens. That was by far the best part. The guide is worth every penny. We say incredible things I would have missed otherwise. Also having the scope for pictures was amazing. The hike to the water falls you are far better off doing without a tour. Also the volcano hike was nice but if I could do it again I would do it without the tour. It felt disorganized as the guides changed and we spent way too much time picking and dropping people off. The guides were not even sure about the schedule. I got picked up at 7am and lunch was not until 2pm. I would have much rather eaten at noon.
