Unforgettable experience rappelling waterfalls - Super fun, lots of extra safety. Alex was our guide, knowledgeable and interesting guide. Fluent in english. We also saw sloths and toucans on the way. There is a bit of a hike out so keep that in mind re fitness level. Beautiful waterfalls and canyon.

Huge Waterfall Experience - A MUST DO if you’re in La Fortuna. Our guides Alex and Javier and Alonzo were amazing. The last waterfall was a bit challenging but I’d definitely recommend to anyone wanting to do an excursion!

Fun day of canyoning - Nice trip, with some fun rapelles. It was raining a lot, so unfortunately not everyone got to do the big rapell for safety reasons. This just shows that they are serious.

Wait, wait, wait - The journey to the starting point of the tour took around 50 minutes instead of 30 minutes. The activity itself lasted 3 hours longer than indicated. Because of the size of the groups (15 p.), you had to wait again about 40 minutes after each abseiling. During this time you stand there and freeze (we unfortunately had quite cold weather). I had also promised myself under canyoning not only abseiling but also hiking and climbing. The guides were nice and the food afterwards was delicious. I can't recommend the tour because you wait 80% of the time for your turn. Too bad! I think if the groups were smaller everyone would have more fun and no one would have to freeze or get bored. In addition, the description of the activity should be more transparent. (duration, driving time, activity) and also the name (canyoning) is not appropriate.

The groups are way too large. You spent most of your time waiting. Would not recommend. - This wasn’t canyoning, it was more like "waiting in line." There is no sliding, no jumping, only a few rappel-downs. You wait 45 minutes to rappel down a cliff, only to wait another 45 minutes for your next turn. This repeats five times. The groups are far too large (30 people). The activity was supposed to end at 14:30, but we didn’t get back until 18:00. In total, the experience took 8 hours: 2 hours of transport, 5 hours spent waiting, and only a few short rappels in between. Definitely not worth $90—unless you enjoy standing in line!
