Fun tour of Arenal - This was a fun tour. Our guides were Joset and Yulian. We hiked through the jungle, then to the base of the Arenal volcano. We got lucky and the clouds cleared for us while at the lookout. We then went to a traditional Costa Rican lunch and a visit to the hot springs at a local hotel. Our kids loved the hot springs, which had a slide and various other fun pools.

Incredible, authentic experience. - This was such an incredible experience! Our guide Axel was beyond amazing. We saw a sloth right at the start of our tour, a bunch of monkeys, and incredible birds. Although we could t see the volcano unfortunately due to the white fog, it was still incredible. It downpoured as we entered the rainforest, making it an incredible experience. The local lunch was great. Ending on the hot springs was an incredible touch. Since it downpoured on us, we were very cold so the hot spring was much needed.

A great activity - Our guide Julien spoke fluent English and even a little French, he showed us several animals / specimens that we would never have seen without his help. A superb day to start again without hesitation!!

Perfect day and trip 😊 - We started in the morning and went up to a viewpoint to the beautiful volcano 😍 It was such a nice hike - also back through the jungle where we saw both lazy animals and a snake. Breakfast was super and the hot springs were so lovely and a perfect finish. A special thanks to Diego who made our trip super ♥️

A challenging and fun day - Wow this was a PACKED day! The tour length says "approximately 6 hours" but our day was 10.5 hours start-to-finish (and we were the last ones picked up in the morning). The tour guides, Carlos and JuanCarlos, were fantastic. Be aware there is a fair amount of transportation time on the bus. And, I was surprised by how physically rigorous the day was. The waterfall part of the day was really fun (except for those stairs) and awe-inspiring. The first part of the day with the presentation of the indigenous people is fascinating and such a valuable experience. The volcano hike was really informative and beautiful. There is no way I could have done two tours like that during a trip, it was so tiring. But, I am so glad that we did it. It was a wonderful way to see a few very worthwhile sites in La Fortuna.

Well organized and nice guide - The hike lacked authenticity because on the tourist path. The hot springs were superb. The meal was a little light but good, but no coffee (too bad in Costa Rica!)

Morning volcano hike. - Catalina the guide was very good on the hike. She was enthusiastic and knowledgable. The volcano hike was nice and not too difficult. The buffet lunch was just ok. You could purchase drinks and other food if you wanted to.
