Awesome adventure - Fantastic experience from start to finish. Kevin did a great job guiding us through the hanging bridges trail. He pointed out lots of wildlife and helped us get awesome pictures. The zip line staff was wonderful. Encouraging, positive and fun. Highly recommend!

Great combo of views and excitement - Great guides and excellent equipment. We felt safe and secure. Our bridge guide Hugo really took his time pausing to explain things which forced us to really soak up the tour and slow down. We probably would’ve sprinted through the bridges without a guide. Then the Ziplining was excellent. No time to think about fears, the guides had a great technique of just pushing you without being pushy. Very fun Tudor everyone in our group.

Must Do! - Had an amazing time, the views were amazing and Helen, our guide was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. It was enjoyed by my whole family (8yrs and 15yrs old kids loved it too)! We did the hanging bridges followed by the zip line and both were fantastic, would do it again anytime!

Hanging Bridges and Zip Line - David was a great guide at the hanging bridges. Very observant to help us see wildlife. Hoka was amazing on the zip line. She helped this nervous mom feel at ease. All the guides were encouraging, supportive, and kept our safety in mind. Fun day!

Zip lining and hanging bridges - This was a great experience! Our guides for zip lining were funny and made the adventure super enjoyable. Our guide for the hanging bridges was very informative and pointed out some really cool wildlife. Would highly recommend booking this tour!

Zip line and bridges - Loved this part of our adventure! Wonderful staff who made the bridge excursion so fun and Fascinating with their keen ability to find wildlife with all the historical knowledge behind it.

It doesn't get any better than this! A perfect day around El Arenal - We did the Hanging Bridges Tour in Mistico Park with Helen from Jacamar Naturalist Tours, and then the zipline tour with Andres and Jordi from Arenal Canopy Tours. Both tours were fantastic, highly recommended! Helen was a very competent, friendly guide who led our small group through the rainforest with charm and lots of interesting facts. We saw countless animals, including monkeys, frogs, a bat and a pair of sleeping owls. Without Helen, the tour would not have been half as beautiful and interesting. Thank you for the great tour and the wonderful pictures! An unforgettable experience. Afterwards we continued with the zipline tour, where there were only 4 participants plus 2 guides due to the low season - it couldn't have been better! Andres and Jordi were great, they dealt with each participant individually, explained everything important to us with clear instructions and made sure we felt comfortable at all times with funny anecdotes. I was really scared on the first platform because I had never done a zipline tour before, but our great guides showed us how much fun it is to fly through the jungle like this! :) Fun, adrenaline and a good mood guaranteed. The Tarzan Swing option was a really nice highlight, as was the last long zipline, where Andres even took a great video with my camera. We will never forget this experience and can really recommend everyone to book this tour. Thank you, Chicos, it was fantastic!

Everything was perfect and beautiful - Our guide was fascinating. The walk on the suspension bridges, a real experience. Gorgeous. The zipline experience: incredible! Complete and recommended package. For the whole family.

Lovely - This was a whole day affair. Completely worth every penny. We had a large group of 16 - the only thing that lacked was that there was not enough food between the Zipline and the Hanging Bridges.

Poorly organized and mismanaged . - The tour guides were Caesar and Marco they were the hanging bridges guides we arrived at the store office, i asked the guide if I can pick up something from the bakery next door he said we do not have time we need to leave so I did not get it. I did let him know that I need at least 10 minutes to get something to eat, they waited for so many people to join at the beginning of the tour and wasted time and during the end of the hanging bridges tour when I try to go get something to eat, the guide was extremely rude. The language , speaking tone and facial expression was absolutely not professional. I do understand that we have to be on time, but it is not an excuse for a guide to speak like that towards the customer ,he could have merely said “ ma’am we need to leave as It is late, we are holding up other people” which is understandable, but he is raising his voice, speaking in a rude manner ,making faces that is not acceptable in any hospitality industry. The whole tour was extremely not organized. He stopped sometimes he wants to catch up with his colleague, the guide we had by the way was Caesar, we stopped so many minutes inside wasting time and we asked him if we can get something from the shop he said no and after tour when we actually went to the cafe he said there is no time. It needs to be planned because lunch is not included which is already told to us. You need to make a stop for a snack at least 10 minutes between two tours for people who have another tour in addition to hanging bridges. You asked us to come to your office at 7:30 AM and we stopped at so many hotel stops before reaching the Mystikal hanging bridges. You could have kept meeting point at the entrance of mystico hanging bridges where you picked up other people and made us wait another 20 minutes instead of spending one and a half hours picking and waiting for other people and we could have atleast had breakfast and met you at entrance . Poorly organized and mismanaged . Never recommend. The information the guide shared also were something you could read from a board.
