• Penas Blancas - The Peñas Blancas Nocturnal Safari Float offers an ideal opportunity to experience the sounds of wildlife with family or friends. Glide slowly and quietly to preserve the nighttime atmosphere, enhancing the chances of observing the rich life that thrives along this river. The Long-Nosed Bat, monkeys, caimans, iguanas, birds, and owls all inhabit the banks of the Peñas Blancas River, making this tour a delight for nature enthusiasts of all ages.

Following a brief drive from La Fortuna to the river dock, the guide will lead a two-hour float down the Peñas Blancas, sharing insights and the history of the area. Along the journey, pass by family-owned farms, and conclude the tour with a visit to one where a local family will offer coffee, bread, plantains, cheese, or other regional delicacies.

Upon returning to the dock, the driver will transport guests back to their hotel in the La Fortuna area.
