A must-visit is the TROJA, where sugar cane is processed using a manual mill. Enjoy the fresh juice, cane segments, and for adults, a shot of guaro made from the cane.
The tour includes a visit to the animal farm, where you will learn about the management of semi-stable animals, methane gas production, and vermiculture, as well as feeding the goats, among other activities.
Following this, participants will make their own corn tortillas and savor a typical, organic lunch prepared with 70% farm-harvested products, cooked on a wood stove.
