Amazing host, excellent food, pura vida - We had the pleasure of taking the cooking class (farm to table) with Manuel. Not only was he an amazing cook and teacher, he was quite the comedian and good hearted host. He shared awesome information about places to go and the beauty of Costa Rica. The experience was pura vida!

Excellent experience, wonderful staff! - Such a great tour company! We did the Nosara cooking class as well as the Nosara waterfall rappelling “Mala Noche”. The guides (Manuel “No No” for cooking as well as Warner and Figo for the waterfall) were so awesome - fun, funny, helpful.
After the cooking class, I feel confident that I can make my own empanadas!
The guides helped a ton when my kids got nervous about the waterfall. The waterfall was SUCH a cool experience - gives your some adrenaline but the guides make you feel so safe. Both tours/classes were highlights for our family. Highly recommend both!!

Masterful Melanie! - Melanie and her son were such lovely hosts! We had a great evening making typical Costa Rican food with them. The plantain ceviche, empanadas and chicken and rice were all delicious! Thank you Melanie for being such a great cook and teacher!

Fresh organic foods and spices, and great conversations! - Juan was a wonderful guide through the organic farm, where we got to taste sweet baby corn, see Annatto, cacao, coffee, giant badea, and smell fresh cinnamon. The cooking class with Melania was also very fun - plantain ceviche, chicken and rice, and empanadas. Fresh juices and coffee made the Costa Rican way, with great conversation! This was my second visit and I’m looking forward to a third!

Amazing food!! Great class! - We had an amazing time at the cooking class! The tour by Luis Miguel was great, the farm is beautiful with many plants and animals and we got to feed the goats. The food Melania made was DELICIOUS It was the best meal we had in Costa Rica and she was very nice and welcoming! Food is cooked with love on a wood fire grill. I would 100% recommend this class! Please remember to tip if you do go :)

Despite the ran we had a fantastic time - What a treat! Jose and M. were our guide and cooking instructor and they were fantastic! Very patient and informative and so skilled at their craft. We made empanadas con pollo with arroz and ceviche de platano. It was delicious! I will be making this at home with my family.
The tour of the property was also very interesting. Despite being caught in the rain, Jose managed to give us an excellent tour of their farm. The animals there are very happy and sweet, we loved getting to pet the pigs and goats. My favorite part of the tour was the methane tube they use for fertilizer. Nothing goes to waste here. It was an excellent tour and cooking experience. Don’t miss out!
