• Pacuare River - Pacuare is world famous for its sheer beauty. A true river gorge, it is flanked by steep, green walls. You see waterfalls cascade into the river from both sides.

The first 4 miles consist of fun class II-III rapids which is a perfect time to test your new river skills and gain confidence in your team. After about 40 minutes we will enter the famous Pacuare River Gorge, which is 5 miles of some of the best white water Costa Rica has to offer.

We have daily departures from, the Arenal Volcano and Caribbean Coast, giving you the choice to start and finish at the place of your convenience.

Kickstart your Exclusive Costa Rica Whitewater and Wildlife Rafting Class III Experience with a pick-up service from your preferred hotel or Airbnb. Our journey begins by traversing through La Fortuna town towards an exceptional outdoor viewpoint, a haven for sloths in their natural setting. Expect to sight two-toed and three-toed sloths, a myriad of birds, and frogs, followed by a dip in a cool natural swimming pool.

Subsequently, we embark on a 45 minutes’ drive through four quaint towns: La Fortuna, El Tanque, Los Angeles, and La Vega. During the ride, our knowledgeable guide will educate you about the diverse plantations found along the route, including those of cassava, plantain, banana, pineapple, and more.

Upon arrival, we’ll equip you with a lifejacket, paddle, helmet, and safety instructions. You’ll then be set to surge through 10 kilometers of thrilling rapids aptly named ‘Congo Loco’ and ‘Rock around the Croc!’
