Fun Hike Activity - Our family of 4 took this tour during rainy season. It rained almost the whole time we were there. It was a nice hike, although I was worried about slipping sometimes. The hike does get muddy and there are stairs that are really, really steep. The waterfall is beautiful. How beautiful in color depends upon how much rain and sun there is the day before and the day of the hike. The color we saw was beautiful, but not as bright as other days, we were told. It was a nice activity for the whole family and we did see monkeys, spiders, and snakes.

Nice experience of the rain forest - Very nice experience of the rain forest. Bring a rain coat and make sure all your belongings are water proofed as it will rain hard intermittently. The path is easy to walk and will probably accommodate a stroller. Only the last part, the descending to the waterfall (about 200 stairs) can be challenging. Don't expect to see animals as the large numbers of visitors and noise bothers them.
