Definitely worth the 500 steps! - We didn't really need a "skip the line" because there wasn't a line but it still made the process so much easier. The walk down and back up wasn't as bad as I anticipated. It was completely worth it to swim! Even in the rain, the water was perfect once I got in! Just do it! You'll thank yourself afterwards!

Get There Early To Enjoy Peaceful Views - Beautiful walk down to the waterfall. Got there early, only a couple people at the waterfall so we could take our time and enjoy the beauty. We went down to the river and took a swim. There were fish everywhere in the river, not afraid of people at all. The walk up could be strenuous for some but there are plenty of places to rest.

To visit !! - Beautiful place with an impressive waterfall. Thank you for opening early which allowed us to enjoy the place with almost no visitors. We have excellent memories of it. Warning: lots of steps to go down and then up. But it's doable ;)

Guides were very... - Guides were very professional and knowledgeable. Went on a challenging night with heavy rains but still saw plenty of wildlife. Absolutely recommend to anybody interested in the vast biodiversity of Costa Rica!

Definitely worth it - definitely worth the steps! Beautiful waterfall! The walk down is not bad at all. The walk back up is definitely more tough but doable. We are 50 years old and out of shape and we did it! of course my team flew down the steps and flew back up and had to wait for us so the younger you are the easier it is, but it was beautiful and worth it!

Waterfall in Costa Rica - Beautiful place but you better be ready for tons of steps and be in shape. 572 steps down, 572 steps straight up. Lots of swimming at the bottom though water stays very cold
