Best zip lines ever - Great time on some of the best zip lines we’ve done. Guides were awesome and views were spectacular!

Hang tough! - So both my husband and I were nervous but keen to complete this activity! Neither of us are big fans of heights. But after reading multiple reviews were keen to give it a go. And I mean once you have done the first zip wire there is no going back… from the moment we got there I felt safe. The equipment and safety checks and the professionalism of the staff gave us the confidence we needed. It was an amazing experience, being able to see the views whilst travelling at speed. It’s definitely a thrill seekers dream! The height of the tree tops distort quite how high you really are above the ground, making it a less daunting experience. I would definitely do it again! The price for the photos that are taken is also really reasonable! Very good value for money activity. However, we had also booked the hanging bridges (self guided) and were a little disappointed as the two hanging bridges were over quite quickly and didn’t feel as spectacular as we thought they may. The most of it felt like a fairly standard trail through the rainforest of Costa Rica, although still a nice experience and we managed to spot more wildlife it wasn’t quite as we had hoped.

Ziplining - One of the best parts of our trip! 7 different lines that were amazing. The staff was all so friendly and made the experience super fun. Even for those that were nervous about the heights.

A once in a life-time experience! Just do it! - This was my first experience ziplining. I was with a tour group. I am not afraid of heights and I absolutely enjoyed every minute. I was especially impressed with the equipment and the professionalism, training and customer service from each of the employees. I always felt safe as I zipped over the awesome views below. I would recommend this to anyone who wishes to zipline in Costa Rica!

We went two days in a row!! - We went two days in a row!! We loved it so much we went back the next morning. So much fun. Very professional and safe. The ziplining is long and fast. Five long and fast lines over a canyon overlooking the lake and volcano - views from the various lookouts and also while ziplining. We got a ton of great pictures with the photos package. They also let us take our own go pro up too. The guides were very nice and fun! Must do (maybe do twice like we did!).

Totally recommend! - First time zip lining, doubt it could be topped. Guides were incredible and funny and the views were amazing! Only bummed I didn’t get to “superman” my way across the canopy.

Fun Adventure - We've got the full package (tree climbing + zip lining), the staff was wonderful and it's super secure. It was a fun adventure! I recommend! It's super ideal as well for parents with kids.

It's very worth it. - Very good installation. Absolutely safe, and stunning views as you descend on the zip lines. It's very worth it.

I’d give it a 3.5 if I could - It was pricier than other tours Iv seen advertised in the city. Sky tram was broken so they replaced it with a car ride to the top which I feel should have lowered the price because we were looking forward to it. One of the zip lines counts as a really short practice one so technically about 7 rides. The zip lines were great, the instructions were easy. GoPro footage rental was 40$ and photos were about 35$. A few of the zip lines stood out by being super long and super fast. The views from up there are really great.

Power cut - We arrived at sky adventures arenal and had booked for the sky tram Unfortunately the electricity was out and we could not use the tram. It was said that it would be resolved after half an hour. So in the restaurant some drinks 3€ for a cola zero) After 45 min. we could also take a ride with an aut. We didn’t want that because that’s a completely different experience. I'd still like a refund. Sent an email tonight. Hope it gets returned.
