Rafting along the Balza River with Super Mario - With my family (children aged 12) we did the rafting tour along the Rio Balsa. They did the full walk level III-II, I joined in the second section doing only level II. We had a great time! Mario guide very attentive to everything, that the boys had their helmets, lifeguards, etc. Super fun and take care of everything. When I fell into the water, I climbed in a second and when my husband and daughter fell, so did I. Very nice experience. Highly recommended.

Great River Rafting Experience in Balsa - Best experience well worth the money spent. Fransisco, our bus guide was very informative and entertained us through the 45 mins bus journey. Our rafting guide Super Mario made sure we were safe and also enjoyed the ride. We had a wonderful experience rafting as a family across the beautiful river Basa with amazing views. We also spotted 2 sloths as a bonus. The refreshing fruit break was well planned and executed by the guides team. Got some great pictures in different spots by the talented photographers who kayaked on single boats and reached the rocks before us to capture our best moments. The tour ended with a yummy traditional Costa Rican lunch. Highly recommend the tour and the company. Go Super Mario!!! Thank you

Incredible Experience for the Entire Family - Arriving at the river there was a fair amount of apprehension within our family group, the white water was pretty hectic and there were a lot of boats heading out. Our guides, Estiven and Carlos, were incredibly reassuring and their confidence and clarity made sure we enjoyed every minute of the trip. We had both a 7 year old and a 70 year old in our boat and everyone felt safe, enjoyed a thrilling ride and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this trip to anyone thinking about booking! Extremely fun! - I highly recommend this white water experience. The tour guides were fantastic and ensured we had a fun and safe time. The water was extremely warm and even though it was raining, we had a blast.

Best white rafting ever - Amazing white water rafting under guidance of experienced tour guides Mario & Francesco. The river was great and we had a lot of fun. Best customer service ever. Friendly , knowledgeable and they truly enjoy their jobs. Highly recommend them - We were the only 2 to sign up for the morning rafting trip. We were met at El Fogon De Chela by Francisco and Jairo , who drove us to the launch site. Picking up Mario, our guide along the way. Francisco and Jairo each were in Kayaks to ensure our safety and to provide free pictures of our adventure It was an extraordinary effort for just us 2. Super Mario, our guide, was very knowledgeable about the River , the plant life and animals we encountered. Upon return to the restaurant, we were given an authentic Tico lunch. Which is worth the drive alone. One of the best meals we had. Maquique adventure was recommended to us by our ATV guide at Outdoor adventures and we are so happy we went with his recommendation. Again, thank you Jairo, Francisco and Mario for such a great experience.

An unforgettable experience - The truth was a totally unforgettable experience, this is the first time we have done it and we are definitely looking forward to it again. We had to go with the good Super Mario, Karencilla and Jairito and all the time super nice and attentive. We are especially grateful to Karen and Mario who chatted with us and gave us many tips for our trip through Costa Rica, really from the nicest people we have met during our honeymoon. The only detail is that they told us that they would send us some photos that made us favor taking during the tour but never reached us:(. But if you think about Rafting, don’t hesitate to book with them.

Fantastic adventure on the river, in the middle of nature - Very good experience. Our Guide, Mario (super) made us enjoy the tour to the fullest. If you want some action without doing crazy things is a highly recommended activity. We also made a very nice stop for fruit and gave us pictures of everything.

Professional & fun - We had a great experience rafting! My son was super anxious but the guide put him at ease and was so patient. By the end my son was confident & having a blast. The guides were professional & friendly. At the time the Balsa was not safe due a heavy rain, so they brought us to a different river. We appreciated their attention to safety and ensuring fun for all!

Highly recommended!! - Highly recommended. The staff is super nice and very careful with our kids. They gave us fruits, lunch and towels. They also took pictures with a professional cámara without charging any extra fee.
