Best in customer service! - Our reservation was cancelled due to weather conditions but this company deserved 5 stars for their communication and promptness of resolution. I will definitely utilize their services during my next visit. Pura Vida!

Best experience we had of the 12 excursions we did in Costa Rica. - They have a very large parking lot at their meeting place and it’s right next to a large grocery store, which was good for us. Be prepared for a long drive to and from, but they will stop at a store if you need to use the bathroom or buy a snack or drink. Probably better to bring your own. You’ll leave your backpacks in the truck. They provide a helmet with a GoPro mount if you need one. My family was afraid to do a level 5 (we had only ever done 4s) but when we were home, they all said it was the best thing we did in Costa Rica. Don’t let the level 5 designation deter you, the guides were great and we never felt endangered. I only ever saw one other raft on this part of the river, and when we were finished, we saw the level 4 section which was a traffic jam of rafts. Orlando, John Carlos and Diego are very friendly and definitely add to the enjoyment of this experience. They stopped at the side of the road when they saw a sloth and we got out. It was the closest we ever got to a sloth the entire time we were in Costa Rica, including the sloth tour. They provide lunch, which is very, very good. Facility for lunch also is really cool. They gave us a quick tour of the farm afterwards and we got a little sugarcane demonstration. Everything about this adventure was five star. They need a better vehicle though, I did not enjoy the paddy wagon style truck, and the seats were very uncomfortable for such a long drive.

Go for Class V! - I was nervous about doing class v in a foreign country, but I felt safe the entire time and had a total blast. There is a kayaker escorting the raft the whole time to take pictures, but it made me feel safe to know he was there if anyone fell out. Our guide really knew the river well and we never got stuck or flipped. He struck the right balance of keeping things fun but keeping us safe. We cliff jumped— it was more than deep enough— and had pineapple and watermelon at the end. We kept our bags in the truck that had our driver in the car the whole time and everything was safe and waiting for us at the end. I would love to do this trip again

Fun tour - Fun experience with my large group of friends and family. We had a Knowledgeable instructor,Christopher, who easily guided us inexperienced rafters. We even had a man overboard but he safely returned her to the boat. Even saw some cool wildlife: sloths, iguanas and birds. Well worth Adventure!

Adrenaline Rush Experience - Orlando and Jean Carlos took us on this tour and I had the best time and my favorite activity while here by far. There were wild rapids but I felt safe the whole time. I highly recommend going with this company. Book it now!

Don’t book anywhere else! 10/10 experience! - First of all, this was my first rafting experience ever and I was very nervous going into it. My boyfriend really wanted to do class V, so I sucked it up for him. I could not have been more safe than with Orlando and his team! Orlando is a veteran of these rivers and is a top notch guide. Jean Carlos was there for safety following us along in a kayak as well. They are both so experienced. Every time I almost fell out Orlando would grab me before I had the chance to actually fall out. He was on top of it & knew how to handle every situation on the water. On the way to the river, they taught us about everything we were passing. It was like our own private tour of the region. They even pulled over and spotted some howler monkeys for us. The rapids were so much fun & an enjoyable challenge. Definitely the highlight of our trip! We were educated on the ins and outs of the rapids, the commands, and everything else we needed to know. During the ride, they brought us to spots with waterfalls and even a spot we could cliff jump. When we got back to their “office,” which is a beautiful building for hosting that backs to their organic farm, they gave us a great lunch & time to relax. After we ate, they gave us a tour of the farm and taught us about organic agriculture. We got to process raw sugar cane, try it, and try some of their moonshine. I really have to give these guys a shout for such an incredible experience overall. We never felt like strangers thanks to their hospitality and their vibrant personalities. What you get for this package is far beyond what you would expect. They deserve 5/5 stars and then some.

Amazing rafting experience!!! - We booked last minute and the friendly service was amazing. The ride to the river took less than 1h and we felt like the ratio time to get to the activity/activity itself is very much worth it. Our guide Oswaldo definitely provided a safe yet very playful rafting ride! We would have stayed on the water longer if we could. The lunch was tasty, the quick tour of the farm and the sugar cane juice/moonshine tasting was a nice short addition to end the day.
