tropical treasures - The tour on the Herradura coffee & fruit farm was excellent. The owner Manuel has given us a lot of interesting information about growing its tropical beauties. In his garden grow cherimoyas, mangoes, papayas, bananas, dragon fruits, various varieties of avocados, coffee plants, lychees and much more. For us it was a varied and exciting experience to be able to visit a tropical fruit farm. I can recommend the tour to anyone, we were very satisfied.

Coffee and South Fruit - It was a very nice tour in English, German and French. We learned a lot about the history of the farm and fruit growing. Tripadvisor had told us the wrong start time. Manuel was so nice and let us go the following day. Thank you.

Great experience - A super exciting visit to the coffee plantation. Manolo is a good mediator and tells both about the family's history with ups and downs, as well as about the cultivation of coffee and a lot of delicious fruit. Manolo jongle nice in several languages, on our trip was told in both English, German and French. I have come to Almunécar since 1976, but only discovered this farm now. Thank you for a great experience Manolo 😊

Nice, interesting and educational - Here on the heights above La Herradura, so much more is grown than just coffee. In addition to avocado and mango there are many kinds of fruits I have not heard of before. The incredibly knowledgeable guide shares his knowledge about fruit and sustainable cultivation. Well worth a visit.

Great tour - The tour was great, it was fun to see a farmer pushing the limets on what tropical fruits can be grown in Spain.. My wife and I both really enjoyed the tour of the coffee farm and loved getting to see all the other tropical fruits.

Mango, coffee, lychees, dragon fruit and much more! - It was so much fun to join this tour. We got some impressions about the different exotic fruits and also about the processing of the coffee. Manuel has a lot of humor and it was fun listening to him. If you have the opportunity to be nearby, I can really recommend you to join this tour. In the end you could even buy some fruits, jams and coffee beans.

Highly recommended experience in La Herradura area - This was such a fun and informative tour! We learned a lot about how the coffee plantation came to exist, the history of the land, and lots about the wondrous variety of tropical fruit grown there. The challenges of managing a tropical fruit farm in an ecologically responsible way are immense, and I have a lot of respect for what is being done here. We bought some fruit from the farm at the end of the tour and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this tour :)
