La Leona Waterfall is Amazing - Had a spectacular experience with On The Road Costa Rica on the La Leona Waterfall tour. Davis our driver was very friendly and got us there safely. Our hiking guide Ignacio was very knowledgeable and a spectacular guide! The waterfall is gorgeous and the natural water slide is a once in a lifetime experience.

REQUEST VERNY FOR YOUR GUIDE! Great Tour Experience! - VERNY - BEST TOUR GUIDE OF ALL TIMES! No kidding when I say that we were in such great hands with Verny from start to finish. He has a saying that when you are with him you are his adopted family and he certainly did well to make us feel cared for. From his perfectly friendly and charismatic demeanor, to his extremely passionate delivery of instructions and information, there is no doubt that he truly loves his job and feels honored to host guests in Costa Rica. I am not a swimmer (extremely hydrophobic) Verny did so well to cater to my comfort in deep waters during the hike, and he carefully watched over our every step along the way. He even picked up fresh fruit for us to enjoy at the waterfall, stopped for treats/souvenirs. His attention to detail and his high standard of service, safety and hospitality truly exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t wave wished for a better experience or a more accommodating guide.
