Upon returning from our adventure, enjoy a delicious lunch based on traditional Panamanian foods and seasonal fruit juices harvested at the ranch, take a short break in the hammock before we end our fabulous day of adventure.

The Ranch is located in the rural area of Panama City, just 1 hour and a few minutes away.
