Important Information:

• All tours utilize double Chiliboats (2 participants per unit).
• Minimum height: 48” (1.22 m) | Maximum height: 6’5” (1.95 m).
• Maximum weight: 240 lbs (109 kg) per person.
• Swimming is NOT permitted by law (DRNA).
• Bioluminescence is a natural occurrence and cannot be assured.
• Visibility is influenced by the moon phase, weather, and water conditions.

• Participation Requirements: Most travelers can participate, • Children must be at least 48 inches (1.22 m) tall and/or weigh at least 50 lb (23 kg) to safely use the equipment and properly fit in USCG-approved life jackets, • Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times and may require the adult to perform most or all of the pedaling, • Please arrive 30 minutes early for check-in and safety briefing, • Once check-in begins, late arrivals cannot be accommodated, • Late arrivals will be considered a “no-show” and are non-refundable, • Tours operate rain or shine, • Weather conditions in the Caribbean can change quickly, • Bioluminescence visibility depends on natural conditions (moon phase, weather, and water activity), • The decision to proceed or cancel will be made at the meeting point by the lead guide based on safety conditions,
• Weight Limits: Maximum weight: 240 lb per person, Participants may be weighed prior to the tour, Those exceeding limits will not be allowed to participate and will not receive a refund,

• Safety Guidelines: Life jackets must be worn at all times, Participants must properly fit in USCG-approved life jackets, Follow all guide instructions for safety, No jumping into the water or damaging the equipment, No swimming allowed in the bioluminescent bay by law (Puerto Rico Department of Natural and Environmental Resources regulations, including Administrative Order 2023-02), Smoking, alcohol, and drug use are strictly prohibited, Participants under the influence will not be allowed to participate and will not receive a refund, We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with safety guidelines,
