Amazing Balandras Experience - To say this trip exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. Our group did a lot of adventures through our time in Cabo and La Paz, and this BY FAR was our favorite experience. Miguel and Alex were phenomenal. They were both knowledgeable on the surrounding areas and marine life (we swam with sea lions, saw dolphins, whales and an array of fish and birds). We were accommodated far beyond expected (we got lost and they literally came to pick us up on the beach AND provided two meals for vegan and non-vegan guests.). To top it off, we genuinely all enjoyed their company and conversation. We will be back to La Paz to adventure more with these two in the future. 10/10, worth every cent paid.

GREAT EXPERIENCE - TOP NOTCH SERVICE! - Miguel (guide) and Charlie (boat captain) made this snorkeling and Balandra beach tour a great experience! Miguel is the boat owner and owner of UP DIve in La Paz. He is also a very knowledgeable marine biologist who made this tour a great learning experience. I would highly recommend this or any tour by Miguel and UP Dive.

We would do it again! - Mateo We enjoyed and appreciated meeting and spending time with Mateo and Miguel. They are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The boats were in good order and comfortable. The snorkeling gear was very good. The itinerary covered 5 hours and was completely enjoyed.

Amazing day with great crew - What an unforgettable day thanks to Miguel and Alberto. We took our 1 and 3 year old girls and they made sure we were all comfortable throughout the day. They took us to several locations to see some wildlife, snorkel with sea lions, and have a delicious ceviche lunch on a beautiful beach in Balandra which we had to ourselves. They shared their wealth of knowledge of the area with us (they are marine biologists) and even our 3 year old was interested in hearing about the birds and fish. Thanks Miguel and Alberto for a day we will remember! Highly recommend!

Amazing Day! - Amazing day! Miguel and Mateo were thoughtful, communicative, and so passionate! i learned a lot, and had the most enchanting day!!!

We loved the tour and all the unique spots we got to visit! Miguel and Regina are so knowledgeable and the nicest people - The tour was absolutely wonderful. We loved everything start to finish. Miguel and Regina are the friendliest and the most professional tour guides you could hope for. We were shown many unique nature spots and habitats of native animals including blue footed boobies and sea lions. Miguel studied marine biology and shared a lot of information and many interesting facts about local wildlife. He is a great captain, and thought the ocean wasn’t smooth at times, we were always very comfortable. We got to snorkel really close to sea lions, and that was incredible. Regina was in the water with us keeping her eyes on the behavior of the animals, and making sure we are as close as we can get without disturbing them. We anchored at a stunning beach, with crystal clear water and white sand. We brought some drinks and Regina was very attentive making sure we always had one in our hands. They served the most delicious fish ceviche, we cruised around some more enjoying the stunning rock formations on the islands, and we experienced an absolutely magical sunset on our way back. 10 out of 10!

They go above and beyond! - What an amazing experience! Miguel and Regina were amazing! They catered to our needs, made sure we had fun and our kids did too! The ceviche was awesome! The place that makes it sent some amazing sauce with it which was a cherry on the top! They brought chicken sandwiches for our kids. They made sure we had a way back to our ship going above and beyond to call a cab for us and waited to make sure it all worked out. We saw some cool sea life and of course our favorite was the sea lions! We got a little education from a marine biologist perspective on the local life. They really care about making sure it’s a great experience! We will be back!

LaPaz Baja Adventure with Up.Dive - Amazing trips enjoyed Balandra Beach private boat tour so much spent another day fishing. Captain Miguel with Up.Dive was THE BEST. Marine Biologist and very knowledgeable and beyond kind; he made sure our adventure was exactly what we wanted!! Really enjoyed our time on the water together such a perfect escape and magical Baja experience. His fishing Captain Rego worked really hard and put us on great fish!! Can’t wait to return !!
