Wow! Wow! Wow! Amazing tours - Wow, wow, wow! If you are considering booking this tour- just do it! We went with my senior Mom, and two young children. Miguel and Carla spent every moment making this tour the best possible for us. Communication was excellent, the boat was so comfortable, Carla taught us so much about what we were seeing, and Miguel was an amazing captain. We saw rays, a grey whale, snorkeled with playful sea lions, saw many many fish, and had dolphins swim right alongside our boat. We ended up doing two tours with Up Dive- the island tour and Balandra beach. Both were excellent. Miguel and Carla kept us fed with delicious snacks, fresh ceviche, and cold drinks. It was so worth the little bit extra money to have a private tour with the boat to ourselves. Highly highly recommend. I hope to come back and book with Miguel when the girls are old enough to get their scuba certification.

Amazing ocean adventure - Book this tour! Miguel is a fun and knowledgeable marine biologist and a very conscientious guide! He helped our party of 5 feel comfortable exploring the water. And we saw so much! Gray whales, blue whales, humpback whales, dolphins, jumping manta rays, and sea lions that swam so close to us we could pet them! Tropical fish sightings via snorkel were abundant too. Stop at Balandra for ceviche and a hike was wonderful too. I can’t recommend Miguel and this tour enough!!!!

Swim with Sea Lions & Discover Espiritu Santo: A Must-Do in La Paz - If you're visiting La Paz, this private tour is a must! The Snorkel with Sea Lions and Espiritu Santo Island experience is exactly as described — an intimate adventure for you and your family or friends on a small boat with a dedicated guide and pilot. Our journey began with an unexpected highlight: we followed a whale for several minutes, an incredible bonus to start the day. We made a brief stop at Balandra Beach (remaining in the boat) before crossing the ocean to Espiritu Santo Island — a breathtaking destination in itself. Once there, you’ll have the unforgettable opportunity to snorkel with playful sea lions — they swim right up to you, making for a truly unique and memorable experience. On the return trip, we stopped at a picturesque bird sanctuary, and we encountered a pod of dolphins crossing the ocean, spending several minutes following them. The tour concludes with a relaxing one-hour lunch (provided by the tour company) on a secluded private beach — the perfect way to unwind after an exciting day. I highly recommend this tour, and if you're fortunate enough to have Danny as your guide and Charlie as your pilot (both extremely patient, helpful, and welcoming), you're in for an extraordinary experience!

An incredible day on the water! - Leo was our captain and Karla was our guide. Both were extremely knowledgeable marine biologists and incredibly sweet hosts! We brought our two preschool sons who just adored them and learned so much. We saw dolphins, mantra rays, sea lions, and several kinds of fish and birds. It was such a fun day for the family. We would do it again in a heartbeat!

A memorable experience with excellent hosts - Miguel and Charlie delivered a memorable experience for us, one that we would gladly repeat the next time we are in BCS. Swimming with the baby sea lions is an exceptional activity - most everyone describes it, correctly, as playing with puppy dogs who are curious, friendly, and like to nibble. But it's also the boat ride there and back, with the various spots to take in the local wildlife like migrant blue footed boobies that are so hard to see outside of Galapagos, the frigate nesting colony, the magnificent rock formations that protrude all along Espiritu Santo island, that make it into a very relaxing as well as exciting seven hour trip. Topped off by a tasty ceviche picnic at your own secluded small cove - set up with beach chairs and umbrellas. Will remember this one for a long time.
