A Tour to Remember!!! - Had an incredible Balandra Tour with the Team at Tuna Tuna Tours! From liaising and arranging the tour with Juan Carlos - to the actual tour day with Cristopher and Captain Daniel - the team at Tuna Tuna took care of us and were super friendly and helpful! Cristopher was patient and made us feel safe while swimming with the sea lions - explaining everything we needed to know carefully and clearly. He also captured our experience and provided us with great photo and video memories - which we can always look back on! And of course this was also all only possible with Captain Dani manning the boat at all times. We then enjoyed a slow ride around Balandra, with a photo moment at the famous mushroom rock - and then a delicious lunch on Balandra beach (provided and set up by Tuna Tuna). Snorkel gear, short sleeve wetsuits and flippers are all provided by tuna tuna for the tour. And the package includes the under water footage captured - with quality depending on the lighting and weather of the day. Tuna Tuna also took care of our dietary restrictions by providing a lunch that was suitable for us. I would highly recommend booking with Tuna Tuna Tours - for either your Balandra Beach, Espíritu Santo Island or Whale Shark Experience. You will be taken care of and guaranteed a great time with them!

Perfect Tour - We loved our time with Stephanie, our guide. We booked a last minute tour to Espiritu. We looked at a few other options, but felt TunaTuna offered the best among the certified small groups. The tour ended up just being our group of 5. We had a lovely lunch after snorkeling. Would definitely do it again with them.

Absolutley amazing! - Incredible experience swimming with whale sharks! Had the best time. Our captain and guide did a great job of finding the whale sharks for us. Highly recommend!

Expert Experience - Christian was a great guide. Juan Carlos an excellent captain. We knew we were at the tail end of whale shark season in La Paz, but Tuna Tuna communicates with the other permitted outfitters to learn where the sharks are within the designated zone. Christian gave us the safety brief, told us about whale shark life history, and the government regulations aimed at protecting the sharks from the tourists (and unpermitted boats). I felt safe, informed and most of all had a great time with Tuna Tuna. Did I mention that videos and photos are included in the charge?

What a great experience - Very impressed with the tour company as well as the Mexican government in terms of regulations regarding the viewing and swimming with these magnificent creatures. Our guide Christian and our boat driver were exemplary in their conducting of this experience. Note that videos and still pictures are included in the price of this excursion. Pay attention to the calendar so you view them at their prime time in La Paz. It’s not a year round activity to view whale sharks. This company does offer other tours and I wouldn’t hesitate to book them for those either.

Whale Sharks, Solar Eclipse and Dolphins! - I wanted to do something exciting on my 60th birthday AND check off something off my bucketlist -- swimming with whale sharks. Initially, I had scheduled to snorkel with whale sharks on my birthday April 7 but got a text from Tuna Tuna Tours the day before asking if I could reschedule to April 8 due to windy weather conditions. I was disappointed but agreed. Well...I am so glad that we went out on April 8 because not only did I snorkel/swim 3 different times with these beautiful whale sharks but experienced the solar eclipse afterwards on the boat AND had several dolphins swim near the boat It was a fabulous experience! Our guide Stephanie was informative, friendly, experienced and took great videos. Our boat captain was wonderful too always lending a helping hand when entering back into the boat. Thank you Tuna Tuna Tours for a fun and memorable experience!

LaPaz#1 Excursion! - Stephanie was our guide and JuanCarlos was our captain. They were amazingly professional and thoughtful. They kept us safe and helped us successfully swim with a 20+ foot whale shark. It was a beautiful and exciting experience!

Great experience snorkeling with whale sharks and sea lions - A really well organised trip to see the whale sharks and sea lions. The guide and captain were very knowledgeable and respectful of the wildlife. We entered the water two or three at a time, to swim with the whale sharks. The beach stop was fantastic and the ceviche and other food served on the beach was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company for their whale shark and sea lions tour.
