• Bahía Almeja - Almejas Bay is situated 25 km south of Magdalena Bay, with the Marcy Channel separating the two, where Alcatraz Port is located. At the bay’s southern end lies Crescent Island and the Rehúsa Canal, which links the bay to the Pacific Ocean. A series of sandy bays line the northern and eastern parts of Almejas Bay. The bay is home to towns such as Puerto Datil, Puerto Cortez, Las Cuevitas, Puerto Charley, and El Cayuco.
