Fantastic Tour, esp for the price! - Amara led us on what was essentially a free walking tour of the downtown highlights, and she provided outstanding insight into life in La Paz. From the unique situation at San Pedro prison to the food market to learning about the religious practices of the Witches Market to modern political history, she covered it all with approachable detail. It's a perfect way to start your time in La Paz with some context before your own explorations. Highly recommend and do remember to tip your guide. That's the real cost of admission and totally worth it!

Fantastic! - This was an amazing walking tour! Whilst La Paz is naturally a very interesting city, Denise made this so fun. She was funny, knowledgeable and just all round brilliant. She also did a very good job at making sure everyone was always safe. Thanks so much for a great afternoon!

Best introductory tour to La Paz - My son and I took this tour our first day in La Paz. Denise was an amazing tour guide; she is friendly, funny, and full of interesting stories about La Paz culture and history. I learned so much in this short time but didn’t ever feel rushed. Would 100% recommend this tour!

Great tour to get accustomed to La Paz - Great tour with local Denise. Very funny and engaging rundown of each of the key inner-city areas. She spoke great English and gave us a really good rundown of key parts of La Paz (witches markets, Spanish side of town, inner-city jail!). Would recommend! Maybe even a longer tour would be better

Super entertaining city tour - Denise was a great guide. She knows an incredible amount about the city and has told very entertaining and funny stories. The tour gives you a great overview of the city, its history as well as the different indigenous peoples and their customs. Definitely the best city tour we've ever had!

Good tour, great guide - Great guide who had perfect english and was nice and concise. Lots of walking and saw most of the main points of the city. Main square was closed which was annoying

Tour full of information but with delay - We had a wonderful and interesting tour of La Paz with Red Cap. Unfortunately, it started 45 minutes late. Our guide was late and informed the group via WhatsApp 5 minutes before the tour started. This was a big disadvantage for us as the meeting point was right in front of a big prison where we felt a bit unsafe and we didn't know when the guide would arrive. The tour itself was really good and full of interesting facts about the city, including some urban myths. We also had the chance to try some local fruits at the market which was really nice. All in all, we can only recommend this company and the tour and hope that we were just a bit unlucky with the delay.
