• Puesto de La Pampa - VELAZCO MOUNTAINS: The tour consists of a 5 hs walk through the Velazco Mountains where we’ll get to visit places full of history, amazing landscapes and wildlife viewing. Then, optionally, we will camp and tour until the day is ending and come back through the same path we started. I was born in Agua Blanca, wich is the closest town to where the tour begins, and where we can use the rooms, bathroom and kitchen to prepare and rest. It’s not a super physical challenge, but it requires a minimal habit of exercising.
• Bodega Casa India - WINE TASTING: In Agua Blanca, me and my family we own a vineyard and a wine cellar called Casa India where we can taste the wines and learn about the wine making experience by visiting the facilities. Agua Blanca is situated 60km from the capital city (Ciudad de La Rioja), and we can arrive by car.

The excursion involves a 5-hour trek through the Velazco Mountains, where we’ll explore historical sites, breathtaking vistas, and observe local wildlife. Depending on preference, we can end our day with camping and continue exploring till dusk, retracing our path back to the starting point. I hail from Agua Blanca, the town nearest to our starting point and a place where we can access facilities like rooms, bathrooms, and a kitchen for preparation and relaxation. The trek is not exceptionally strenuous, but a basic level of fitness is advised.

In Agua Blanca, my family and I run a vineyard and winery known as Casa India. Here, we can sample wines and gain insights into viticulture by touring the establishment.

This trek is extraordinary due to its tranquil setting, detached from urbanity and pollution. Moreover, the small scale of our winery allows for a more personal interaction with the winemaking process.
