The perfect guide for a beautiful city… loved every minute! - The ‘Discover La Rochelle’ tour was the best guided city walking tour we have ever been on. Our guide John was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging and it was a delight to spend time with him learning all about this beautiful city. He offered a wealth of anecdotes and top tips and we thoroughly enjoyed every single minute. We can’t wait to go back to ‘discover’ some of the other tours he plans to offer in the future and will be telling anyone we know to get themselves to La Rochelle and take part in John’s offered experience. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Excellent tour of La Rochelle - I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting La Rochelle. It really brought the city to life. John was very knowledgeable, interesting & personalised his tour to suit all ages in our varied group (ages 10 to 77). From sport to history, politics & local gossip, we could have listened to him all day. We went for dinner in one of the restaurants he recommended and it turned out to be one of the best meals of our trip. Thank you John for a memorable afternoon

Brilliant tour with excellent guide - We had an absolutely fantastic time on our Discover La Rochelle tour! John was super friendly, knowledgeable and told us all about the town, past and present. He took the time to answer all of our questions (and the group had lots!), and always had a wee joke to share too. We learned so much, had a great time, and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city 🙂
