On a scale of 1 to 10 Ernesto and his staff get a 10 in spite of causing the reservation problem in the first place. - Our week was filled with errors and omissions. The resort is not " Adults Only" nor does it provide bus transportation to and from the airport as advertised on the web site when I booked this trip in June 2025. The resort had an unpleasant smell of sewage the entire week. We managed to get one beach towel for our group of 5 on our second day....Finally on our day before leaving we were delivered 5 clean dry towels on the beach by the hotel staff Ernesto's personal assistant. First night upon arrival we were told one of our two reservations was lost so we couldn't get into our assigned rooms. Instead we received access to a small room with a queen size bed. Two used the bed, 3 ended up on the floor with blankets only. The food was boring and repetitive and it was never hot accept breakfast when we had a fresh omelette prepared by the cook. When I spoke of this with the representative I was told there was strick guidelines for the food, yet they are not being followed. Every single night we were offered fish and pasta at the cooking bay, nothing else. The food on the remainder of the buffet was barely warm even when coming directly fresh from the kitchen. This is not strict guidelines. Butter was left to melt which it did every day accept for two days it was covered in ice to keep it cold and firm. Salad bar consisted of cucumber, tomato and lettuce only every day. I need to hear from the hotel that these things will be addressed going forward and some serious changes made.
