Great personalized service - Helios was out your guide and he picked us up right on time at our hotel. He thought of everything. He had cool drinks and snorkel gear in the car. The seats were covered in this new car so we didn’t need to worry about we breathing suits. He was very kind and had lots of information on the route the cenotes, Mexico and the Mayan people. Helios coordinated the trip with other tour guides and we had the first cenote all to ourselves. Helios stayed with us throughout our tour and made sure we had a personalized experience. The Mayan lunch was amazing and again we were there all by ourselves. Helios did an amazing job of planning everything out and allowed us to help guide out time and schedule. One of the best tours we have been on.

Flawless experience again! - Another home run for this group again. Fernanda was excellent with communication and clarity the whole way through leading up to our private hotel pickup where Carlos (Driver) and Mau (Guide) personally greeted us as we approached the vehicle. Clean and air conditioned van, stocked cooler, and super welcoming presence to jump start the full day tour. Arrival in Akumal to meet up with Ruben (excellent guide) for the turtle swim where we were the first group to experience the site before the other groups joined in the dozens. The following Jungle ATV tour was also well organized and an excellent first time experience. Our 4-person, two couple group then visited four cenotes within the Mayan jungle all offering different experiences (bat cave, 3-5 meter cliff jumps, three zip lines, and a short canoe paddle). Our 4-person group happened to be the ONLY group today (Sept 2024) for this 2-hour excursion which made for an awesome experience having the jungle and cenotes just to ourselves. Mau was a very engaging guide throughout, but especially good in his role as the cenote portion required walks in between and direct interaction within the cenotes themselves. He was patient, very knowledgable, and really did make the experience overall feel very personal and genuine. Lastly, Carlos and Mau took us into Tulum for a delicious seaside lunch where we enjoyed further conversation and excellent food/ service. Fun and interesting tour - Awesome tour to a beautiful Cenote park. Mauricio was fantastic and took great care of us. He did an awesome job with his Go Pro to get us some great pictures/videos of all the diving, zip lines, etc. This is a great tour to do even in summer, since even though it's hot and humid in the jungle, the cenotes are nice and cool, so you never feel the heat too much.

Secret Cenote - Angel is so smart and had great stories. Team made sure to keep us updated as far as the bad weather goes. We saw the most beautiful cave. Picked up on time and super reliable.

Fantastic Tour! - All 3 cenotes were amazing, each beautiful and unique. Our tour guide Helios timed each visit so that they were private or had few people, but we also came during the low season. Helios is very friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and paced the tour well. The zip lines were fun and the lunch was delicious, great tour overall!

Awesome experience with friendly and professional Tour Guide! - Me and my wife had an amazing time with our Private Tour Guide! It was a great experience visiting and swimming at the 3 cenotes! Our Tour Guide was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and catered to our needs!

Cenote tour with Angel was the best! - This tour was incredible - quite literally the best tour we have ever done. Angel from Kay Tours was the best!!! He took a tons of videos of us and spent as much time as we wanted at each cenote. We have friends doing the same tour today because of the rave reviews we gave it yesterday. Best day of our vacation!

Great Day Trip! - We had a great time! Our guide, Sam, was very nice and informative. He also spoke to staff to see which sites were less busy so that we could enjoy them better. We ended up having two cenotes to ourselves. Recommend going as early as possible when it is less busy. The meal was good and the staff were all very nice. Transportation was nice, air conditioned and clean. Drinks were available and appreciated. We stopped in Puerto Morelos and Sam brought us to a delicious ice cream shop.
