• La Herradura - Join us on a tour of the most iconic resorts along the southern coast of the Coquimbo Region. In about 8 hours, you’ll explore the region’s most famous beaches: La Herradura, Totoralillo, Guanaqueros, and Tongoy.

Our first stop is the viewpoint at Playa la Herradura, a stunning beach resort known for its calm waves. Local legends suggest that when corsairs and pirates arrived in Coquimbo Bay, the privateer Drake chose the area around La Herradura to bury one of his treasures, which remains sought after to this day.

• Totoralillo - Next, we head to Totoralillo, situated between La Herradura and Las Tacas. This beach stretches approximately 2 km and features a small peninsula that splits into two white sand beaches with turquoise green waters. The waters here are perfect for fishing, recreational diving, swimming, and surfing.
• Guanaqueros - Guanaqueros is another resort located south of Coquimbo, boasting a 17-kilometer stretch of fine sand beach with calm waters, ideal for water sports. The viewpoint offers an unmissable panoramic view.
• Tongoy - Our final stop is Tongoy, another iconic resort in the region, located 42 km south of La Serena. Tongoy is home to four wetlands, a natural heritage site where diverse species and endangered native flora, such as the guaicurú and the reed, coexist. The area is also known for its oyster farms, producing a mollusk highly prized in Chilean cuisine. With its crystal-clear waters, white sands, and excellent cuisine, Tongoy is a must-visit destination.
