Master the art of preparing a 4-course Italian cuisine with an essence of Ligurian slow-food specialties under the guidance of a skilled chef. Embark on a trip to a market in the seaside town of La Spezia to handpick the freshest seafood and vegetables, like mussels, sea bream, ripe tomatoes, and vibrant asparagus. After securing your produce, take a walk through scenic lanes to reach a quaint ‘osteria’ (small restaurant). In an intimate group of maximum 8 participants, you’ll undergo a unique cooking experience in the kitchen. Afterwards, enjoy the delicious meal you’ve crafted.
