Organized & Reliable transportation! - I'm not sure what is up with all the negative reviews, but our experience with this company was fantastic. We booked with them for both our day trip to Florence and Pisa the next day. They were there to pick us up on time right outside the cruise terminal, which was incredibly convenient.
We received maps and phone numbers in case of any emergencies, adding to our peace of mind. The pickup and drop-off locations were easy to find in both cities, and the ride was comfortable. All of this was provided at a great price.
We made it back in plenty of time to board our ship for departure. What more could you want for a shore excursion? Highly recommend!

Great Excursion - The bus from La Spezia to Florence arrived about 20 minutes late, but the tour operator was easy to find at the meeting point, the bus was clean and comfortable and was on time departing Florence. We opted for the additional walking tour which lasted about one hour and was worth the few extra Euros. The tour guide was very helpful.

Efficient and comfortable - Giada’s highlights and navigational help were spot on with the map that was provided. The bus was roomy, air conditioned, and the seats recline a bit for more comfort. We had two families, total of 8 people traveling to Florence and this was the most efficient way to get there and back to the ship on time. Easy getting back to meeting point, Giada gave clear instructions on where and when to meet for our return back to port. Bring water, they do provide a bottle for 1 euro as well.

4.5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 💫 - We were in Florence by noon, left at 5:15, and arrived at the cruise port by 7:15. Make sure you communicate clearly to the people if you want to go only to Florence or to both Florence and Pisa so you get your paid time in your desired city / cities. Our guide #1 Federico and #2 Francesco were adorable. The small maps they provided were truly extremely helpful! They were extremely clear on where and when to meet the bus at the end of these even provided a QR code to take you there if you forgot. My only criticism for improvement is they should organize the morning lineup better into distinct groups and clarify / label exactly which bus to get on (perhaps with colored stickers?) because there were a lot of people and business happening in the morning. Everything went quite smoothly after the morning.

Mediocre - Decent transfer but on the website it doesn’t mention anywhere how long the transfer is. 2 hours each way (4 hours total bus time). I booked an Accademia tour with the same company which we missed due to the time of the transfer. I asked for a refund but was told “there is no reason to issue a refund”. Poor overall service.

Extremely Bad Experience Booking # GYGX7Q2MKNFL - The worst day trip we ever experienced. I booked a ticket for 6 couples, arrived at the meeting place in La Spezia on time and met the guy with a green shirt as expected. Our booking was confirmed and was given green sticker but no ticket given to us though. We waited for almost 30 mins for the bus and we were first on line to board the bus but we were refused boarding because we were asked to provide tickets which we were not given on the first place. After much complaining-and showing our vouchers, we were the last ones to finally board the bus at the very end of the bus squeezed between very large individuals. Our group were seated separately and very uncomfortably for 2 hours to Florence. Due to limited amount of time given to us, we were not able to even eat lunch at Florence. I will never ever ride a bus tour again. This is such a horrible experience for us!!!
