- Porto Venere - A town and municipality on Italy’s Ligurian coast in the province of La Spezia, consisting of the villages of Fezzano, Le Grazie, and Porto Venere, as well as the islands of Palmaria, Tino, and Tinetto. In 1997, Porto Venere and the Cinque Terre villages were designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- San Pietro Church - Consecrated in 1198, the church features 13th-century white and black bands, likely constructed between 1256 and 1277, and restored from 1931 to 1935. The bell tower is part of the original early church structure, located to the left of the presbytery.
- Grotta di Byron - At the end of the quay, the rocky terraces of a cave formerly known as Grotta Arpaia offer a Cinque Terre panorama. Lord Byron once swam from here to Lerici to visit the Shelleys. Despite the cave’s collapse, the terraces remain beautiful and evocative.
- Golfo dei Poeti La Spezia - Before Cinque Terre became famous, the Golfo dei Poeti (Gulf of Poets) attracted notable visitors. Named after English poets Lord Byron and Percy Bysshe Shelley, who sought refuge here in the 1820s, its natural beauty has inspired writers and artists since the time of Petrarch and Dante.
