Fun in the Mediterranean - A perfect half day outing for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. They loved being able to swim in the Mediterranean. We also had time in 2 ports-PortoVenere and Lerici. Lerici is a hidden gem and very small local town with delicious food. Our boat driver. Matte was delightful and fun and played great music. It has been the highlight of our Mediterranean cruise vacation!

Beautiful day in Gulf of Poets - We had a great tour of the Gulf of Poets with HopHop. We were in port on a cruise ship for the day and wanted to explore this area. The HopHop dock is a short 5 minute walk from the cruise ship terminal and booking online was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed seeing and learning about the small villages in the Gulf. The boats are fun and comfortable, but you do need to be able to step from the dock to the boat side to get on and off. We had a very enjoyable ride and visit times were perfect.

Perfect day - My family and I went back in april, we had a lot of fun! Highly recommend. Nice tour to see all the Cinque Terre villages from the sea and Porto Venere. We also had some time on land in Monterosso and Porto Venere. The music on the boat was very nice. Perfect activity!

We recommend - Great tour, small group, cool captain with great music on the boat (Alessandro) It's absolutely worth it, you see everything important and can still swim a bit 😊

Perfect way to see Cinque Terre - The tour brought us by all five villages, and to see them from the water is very stunning. We stopped to take a swim and had a little more than an hour to go onshore and have lunch in one of the villages. The guide was very knowledagble and said everything in three languages. Only negative is that there is very limited cover on the boat so wear your sunscreen.

Beautiful excursion! Worth the money - Very nice trip with our 3 families of 9 people for a private trip of 4 hours. The skipper was extremely professional and helpful. The grandchildren enjoyed them to the max. Beautiful sights, time to visit the town. The grandchildren really enjoyed swimming. Spotted a large number of dolphins along the way. The skipper reported that this was exceptional. Made beautiful videos and photos.

The highlight of our holiday! - We booked this trip for the final day of an excellent nine-day cruise, and it was the best day of the cruise. The Gulf of Poets is beautiful, and our guide Frederico was fantastic - enthusiastic and extremely knowledgable about the area and its history. Over four hours he showed us some amazing sights, took us to a great swimming spot to cool down (it was a HOT day) - and gave us some time to explore a couple of the local towns. Information given we very clear - HopHop are very easy to find, friendly and professional - the way they organised the various groups and got us onto our respective boats was extremely slick, with no wasted time at all. We would recommend this tour in a heartbeat, and can't wait to come back and see what else HopHop have to offer!

Avoid Hop Hop Boat - Unfortunately I have to write a bad review for Hop Hop Boat. We were booked on a tour out of La Spezia and hit road construction on our way into town. I messaged the company and told her we would be 5-8 min late, she told me to hurry up as the boat would not wait. We pulled into the parking lot 8 min later, and she told me not to bother parking, the boat had departed and that we were considered a NO SHOW. When I asked if due to the extenuating circumstances, we might re-book, she refused to answer me. We lost almost $500 with no recourse. I understand contracts and fine print, but I also understand basic decency and hospitality. At least a discount on a future booking would have been the kind thing to do. I work in hospitality myself and would *never* take $500 from a family on vacation without providing some service. I cannot speak for the boat trip itself, as we never got to go, but I will say that this company has garbage customer service and should be avoided.

Weren’t able to go - We were not able to go as our cruise ship got in late and the location was an hour and half away. They wouldn’t refund us even though we notified them days before. We were so excited but not great customer service.

AVOID THIS COMPANY ! Big liars ! - What a bad and disgusting experience !!!!!!!! AVOID THIS MERCHANT ! They stole our money We booked for a PRIVATE sunset boat tour for 7 persons, paid around 1000€ with “Get Your Guide” and when we arrived to “La Spezia”, we discovered that the boat was not private at all. They wanted to share 4 more people with us. We totally refused to go on board and when we asked for a refund, we got a total refusal and we were kicked out ! They are rude, impolite and unprofessional! Get Your Guide told us that the merchant refused to refund the money ! Big thieves !!!!!!!!!!! We paid 1000€ for nothing WATCH OUT !
