Environmentally Sustainable Ocean Safari - We lived our MTA Ocean Safari! We have to admit that it was a lucky day, because we saw lots of different whale and dolphin species, even though it was off-season for the former. What we particularly appreciated was our guide Checo, due to his knowledge and above all, respect for the sensitive ecosystems in the Gulf of California. He was able to answer all our questions ane helped us explore this beautiful area without harming it. We would definitely recommend their tours!

Incredible tour with passionate, knowledgeable, and responsible company. - This is an incredible tour that I wouldn’t miss! Our Captain and Guide (Alejandro) were incredibly passionate about their vocation and held the upmost respect for the ocean and its amazing creatures. I was truly impressed with their knowledge, care, and attention to detail throughout our experience. We saw a whale, dolphins, tons of Mobulas in two separate spots, three turtles, and a Beautiful coral reef. I will be back for the orcas for sure, but all in all - amazing experience. Besides the wildlife seen that day (mobulas, sharks, dolphins, humpback whale) the service and attention from MTA team was more than awesome! Our tour guide Andrea (biologist) gave us deep and clear comments on the wildlife, outstanding onboard ceviche for lunch and just an amazing time on the water!!

Simply excellent - We had a wonderful day and were able to observe several groups of mobulas of different sizes, dolphins, sharks and even a humpback whale in the middle of June. The guide and captain were super friendly, attentive and very committed in giving us the best possible experience.

Book here! It’s a MUST! - My boyfriend and I did the Safari tour, which was to go out and search for marine life! They do offer private tours, but we did a collective group tour and there was two other individuals that also were part of the tour. It’s great if you want to meet new people and just have a bigger group. During this time of year there a lot of manta rays, dolphins, and even saw whales! The main goal was to see the different types of manta rays and we were able to find a lot of them! We also went to see the sea lions and snorkels around to see them and also the coral reef which has SOOO MANY beautiful fish!! We got to snorkel and swim with them, it was absolutely stunning and amazing experience I would definitely try again. Andrea was our guide and she was very knowledgeable about the sea life and attentive when it came to everything. I was afraid of going in the water to snorkel with the manta rays at first and she was patient and guided me through it until I felt comfortable. The tour package included snorkel gear, fins, wet suit, a cooler with water and sodas, and at the end we were provided a delicious lunch by the beach. I’ve done many tours in my life and I have to say this company is the best one by far. If you’re questioning which company to hire for your adventures, I’d say go with this one! They offer more than just this type of tour so take the time to go on their website and review the options. They also have great customer service and are available to chat on WhatsApp or over the phone to answer any questions before booking. They speak English and Spanish fluently and the tours are also in both languages. A major bonus here that other companies don’t offer is that they use an underwater camera to capture the marine life. That way you can focus on living in the moment and not worrying about taking videos or losing your phone in the sea. Don’t look anywhere else, seriously, book with them! Ps- if you go during jelly fish season, don’t be afraid! Just make sure to wear long pants or a long wetsuit and socks! It’s weird but it works and you’ll have a much better time! Oh and pack some vinegar!

Must do day just outside of La Paz - What a great day. Our wonderful guide, Andrea, was super knowledgeable and eager to answer our many questions about the area and the wildlife we encountered. We first started out by finding a huge pod of devil rays to swim with. Later, we went in search of larger rays, but they were too quick. Luckily we happened upon a big pod of dolphins. We jumped in and swam a while with them. So majestic creatures and so fun. We chased whale sightings and ended up swimming with sea lions. The day ended with a yummy lunch on a beautiful beach then back to the cars. If you are choosing between this and the Spirit Island tour, pick this one. It was much more flexible. The boat captain helped ensure we had a great day!!

Beautiful Day on the Water - We had an amazing time with Sergio our tour guide, and Jesus our captain! Sergio is a Marine Biologist, and he was very informative the entire trip on the water. We learned and were able to see lots of aquatic life throughout the day! I 100% recommend Mexico Travel Adventure. They did a great job communicating pre-safari details, and were very hospitable the entire day. Thank you!

National Geographic day with Andrea & Orlando - Andrea & Capt Orlando were amazing, the perfect guides! It was a National Geographic day! Andrea is a biologist -explaining all what we see & how diverse & special the life is near the Cousteau island. We snorkeled different areas with a massive group of monk mobula rays, dolphins, and sea lions along a reef! Incredibly memorable day! And saw marlin, dolphins & larger mobulas jumping way out of the water! We finished with a delicious homemade lunch on a gorgeous beach. I’d do it all again! Thank you!

Amazing tour operator! - We did 5 days of safari with MTA and our experience was absolutely positive! The organization was perfect, Karen took care of every single details and she replied fast to every doubt we had. Andrea, the marine biologist, is super friendly, knowledgeable and she took care of us.. we really enjoy our time with her during the expeditions! Recommended!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE !!! - We just finished our trip to La ventana in Baja California! Our group of 11 friends had the great chance to plan our Ocean Safari with Mexico Travel and adventure and it was the best decision we could do. Since the planning of the trip the whole crew was super helpful, informative and nice with all of us. When the big day came, everything was organised perfectly. the crew was super professional, food was great and they all knew a lot about the area and the animals around. We we were very lucky to see many dolphins, sea lions, thousands of mobulas. It was a Wonderfull day and I really recommend anyone coming to La Ventana or Baja California to book with them. A no brainer :)
