Fantastic Himalayan Road Trip - We did a road trip from Chandigarh to Manali to Jispa to Gya to Leh to Hunder to Panamik to Panggong Lake and back to Leh. Mr Dorje was simply great in responding to our needs. He was very helpful throughout or journey and provided oxygen tanks in the car and ensured that the hotels and food was good. The drivers provided were also very good and were able to communicate in English. Mr Dorje even helped us with arranging a birthday celebration of one of us. He checked on us all the way. We would certainly recommend Active Adventures for your Ladakh tour. We are also planning another trip from Leh to Kargil to Srinagar next year and will certainly use Active Adventures again. Memorable Visit to Ladakh - I reached out to Dorje from Active Adventure using Google search regarding a trekking and sightseeing package for our visit to Leh. Dorje created an itinerary that perfectly suited our requirements. We were a group of six, and the package offered by Dorje was a perfect fit for us. We arrived in Leh on June 16th and relaxed on the first day. The homestay at Leh was nice and comfortable. On the second day, we did some sightseeing, including visits to Hemis Monastery, Leh Palace, and Shanti Stupa. We started our trekking from days 3 to 5 and even managed to squeeze in river rafting. The homestays during our trek were very nice and clean, and the hosts were very friendly. Dorje also arranged our trip to Pangong Lake on Day 6. Unfortunately, our return flight on Day 7 got canceled due to rain, but Dorje was very helpful in arranging alternatives. We ended up driving to Srinagar and took a flight to Delhi on Sunday morning. Overall, the customer service and personalized care from Dorje were excellent. I strongly recommend using the services of Active Adventure Leh for your next trip to Ladakh.

Exceptional Ladakh Experience with Active Adventures – A Five-Star Journey - Recently, we visited Leh Ladakh from May 13 to 22, 2024, with the tour operator Active Adventures, owned by Thinlays Dorjay. Our journey started in Srinagar and concluded in Leh. We stayed at various locations including Dal Lake in Srinagar (one night), Kargil (one night), Leh (three nights), Hunder (two nights), Sumoor (one night), and Pangong Lake (one night). Active Adventures provided us with high-quality accommodations, including breakfast and dinner at all hotels and resorts. The food was simply outstanding! They arranged an Innova Crysta for our travel, which was in excellent condition. The drivers were very well-behaved and helpful. When my wife fell ill in Leh and had to be hospitalized for six hours, Thinlays Dorjay was incredibly supportive and assisted us greatly during that time. Successful First solo trip at Ladakh - Decided to travel to Ladakh for the first time but was afraid of the high altitude. Found a few local tour agencies that can bring me around based on my requirements but decided to go with Dorjay’s service. Eventhough most tour agencies here offer the same services, I am really touched by how sincere and attentive he and his crew can be. The crew is very responsive and flexible in arrangement, and they put tourist safety and wellbeing at the top priority. When travelling with them, you feel extremely safe He personally came to my hotel to check on me when I was having altitude sickness, and helped me to recover by day 2 so that I can visit all the places that I want. His crew Tsewang is also very knowledgeable about the history of Ladakh, and gave me a very good understanding of the culture here. Throughout my 4 days there, I visited so many beautiful landscapes and monasteries, probably my best trip in awhile! The hotel he arranged for me is also extremely satisfactory, I really enjoyed my stay. If you are looking for a local tour or guide with reasonable rates, do engage their services!

Tour in Ladakh - My tour with Tsewang was excellent from start to finish. During the course of only four days I got the chance to see a lot of places ranging from Pangong lake to Khardung la and Nubra Valley. I can really recommend it to anyone that is thinking about going for a tour in Ladakh!

Ladakh the dream trip with Active Adventures - We had a dream to go to Ladakh since 2018 and the trip was repeatedly getting postponed due to no proper planning and other reasons.
