A hit without a doubt! - A worthwhile excursion: A comfortable location, because it is very private. You walk 10-12 minutes (I recommend closed shoe for the road or escarpines) and you reach the deserted beach from where you leave. They give you vest, watertight bag and if you need, mobile case. The monitors, Damian and Manuel super attentive and friendly. They even take pictures with your phone. They make the excursion to the cave trying to avoid all the crowding. They also take you to another more secluded beach that is only accessed by kayak and where you are just enjoying the scenery for a while. Perfect experience, location and fantastic beach. They have a shower and bathroom so you can wash a little and not come back full of sand. Suuuu very friendly, very comfortable to go and be able to make such an excursion with so many amenities for less than 25€. Una maravilla

BENAGIL CAVES TOUR - It was such a fun experience and we had a great guide - shout out to Manuel! he was very good and took loads of amazing photos! highly recommended!

Worst experience ever. If you don't want to get hurt please avoid this tour! - My wife and I booked for the 3pm tour. We were then asked to be at the place where the groups meet at 2:30 pm, thinking that this half hour would be used to explain how to handle the kayaks and oars. But no, we sat for more than an hour waiting for the groups to be formed and for us to start walking to the starting beach. While we were waiting, some participants felt uncomfortable because we were all sitting in swimsuits (women in bikinis) with people who were total strangers to us for more than an hour. It was only around 3:40 pm that we started walking to Praia da Albandeira, which would be the starting point. As soon as we arrived at the beach, we were only given life jackets and a 30-second explanation of how to handle the kayak, without any explanation of how to deal with wind and other adverse situations. Unfortunately for us, it was a very windy day and going to the Benagil cave was extremely difficult, we went against the rocks several times, my wife and I ended up stranded in a cave and we had to leave that cave alone because the instructor had already followed with the rest of the group. I could also add the fact that as soon as we returned to Albandeira Beach, no one accompanied us on the way back to the initial meeting point. In short, I don't recommend anyone taking this tour, much less if you come with small children, it's not really worth the risk of getting hurt. For the price you pay for this experience, I recommend visiting the caves by boat.
