Highly Recommend! - We loved this tour! Booked it on a whim to surprise my parents with and they said this was their favorite tour we went on. John was a great guide, very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us many examples of the flora and fauna of the area, telling us stories and keeping us comfortable the whole time. Our favorite part was the off road “roller coaster” ! We saw so much on this trip we wouldn’t have seen otherwise !

Recommended excursion, what would not be possible with your own car - The tour was brilliant. We were 6 people plus our guide Tiago. He was mega likeable and took great pleasure in what he does. Again and again he gave information about the landscape, cities and restaurants. The views were mega, the highlight was the closed surfer beach and finally the sunset, including wine and pastel de Nata. There was only us and two other safari tours from the same company. Unfortunately, we were not so lucky with the weather, but still a must to escape the typical everyday life of the city. Thanks Tiago for the great conversations and the cool offroad ride.

Excellent off-road along west coast for half day - Samuel proved to be an exceptional tour guide, characterized by his great sense of humor, humility, and extensive knowledge of the area's history and culture. He can answer any question about history, geography, fauna, flora, vegetation, or culture with ease. The tour itself was meticulously planned, featuring a short hike and visits to outstanding sites and locations. However, I was a bit disappointed that they directed me to their website rather than TripAdvisor, which offers a more economical option (I paid 71 euros for a half-day off-road tour while I see it’s 58 for a full day experience in here). I dislike feeling like I've overpaid compared to others for the same experience. To avoid paying extra, I recommend booking through TripAdvisor. Despite this, the trip was undeniably worthwhile. The off-road tour takes you to incredible, hidden spots along the West Coast, offering a variety of activities including hiking, beach walks, and cliff-top views, and a bit of wild rosemary and thyme hunting :D they know their stuff. It was awesome !

Great tour and great atmosphere - We really loved this tour, the guide was really fun and easy to chat with and shared lots of interesting information about the area. He took us to some great spots that you definitely wouldn't go to without a 4x4 and local knowledge. We were unlucky with the weather but still really really enjoyed it, would highly recommend 👍🏼 With it being a small group it was also lovely to get to know the other guests on the tour 🙂

4x4 off road great - We loved the trip. Guide knew a lot about everything in Portugal. And off road was really off road. We enjoyed. More than worth the money.

Unique experience with JP - JP picked us up at the accommodation super punctually and from there we left for the national park. He let us walk for half an hour and since then we made several stops at beautiful cliffs to appreciate the nature of the Algarve even more. Throughout the trip he explained beautiful details of the area and made us laugh a lot. He safely drove the jeep. Two things stand out about this excursion: 1) (and most importantly) JP respects nature very much and warned us where to go or not to avoid damaging nature and 2) the entire excursion was super personal, he even let us spend time in a of the beaches where he spent his vacations in his childhood. All in all it was a safe, fun and personal excursion. We have passed it from 10.

Great day exploring western Algarve - JP Gamma was our guide. He was personable and very knowledgeable about the natural landscapes and the history of southwest Portugal. He took us to some breathtaking remote beaches and small villages over a full day excursion. Highly recommend JP....

Off-road adventure with a fantastic company - Such a great adventure where you get to see parts of the coastline and cliffs that only an 4x4 can take you. Absolutely worth it. You see some gorgeous vistas and the evening sunset was spectacular. Our driver/guide Samuel was fun, knowledgeable and very respectful of my fear of heights.
